I live right near this Tim Horton's and come here for 2 pretzel bagels, 2 has browns and a donut as my ritual after my morning... run. The amount of times this place has not only gotten my order wrong baffles my mind. Just 5 minutes ago I realized theyforgot my 2nd pretzel bagel. So now I'll just spill the beans on this place as an annoyed local. This place is bad, theyrotate staff constantly, so you know that it's probably a management/corporate issue. I've been told by previous employees thatsometimes they 'water down' the coffee by only putting half a packet in. They burn food *all the time*, I was in line around 9ama few weeks back when a lady came back in with bagels that looked like they were brittle charcoal around the outside. I've seena man take his coffee back to the counter and try to get it exchanged for something actually hot, but was denied that and arefund. A friend of mine was overcharged and couldn't get a refund, now he doesn't frequent the place. I only visited thisplace because of the convenience of how close it is. I've been nothing but extremely polite to the staff as someone who workedin the food industry would understand. But I'm swearing off this place and recommend anyone who values their money, time anddecent food do the same. Read more

Got to the drive through and waited 7+ minutes until someone answered , the person in the drivethru sounded like he didn?t know... what he was doing mind you I ALSO work at a Tim hortons, so I know all the specifics and modifications. I asked for a large hotspecialty tea , as you know two tea bags go in a large and I only seen one so I asked for an extra , he said rude ? there shouldbe one in there already ? oh there was !!!! The entire tea bag + the string and paper tag was IN MY TEA !!!! And they hadattitudes when I went to ask to have it remade. I thank god my Tim hortons is not under my owner !! I?ll never be stopping overhere again. Read more

I am so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from my home. The food is stunning, both the Timbits and... Donuts blow my socks off. And drink are astounding, my personal favorites are the Hot Chocolate and Coffee. As well as a greatselection of items it also has amazing customer service. It has been a delight having Bennett (see photo) one of the long timeemployees greet me with kindness at the window, unlike other fast food chains I can tell he and the rest of the TH team caresabout my food enjoyment and because of that I will continue to get my food here. Please avoid this Tim Hortons. They will charge your card for items you didn?t get and if you ask for a refund you won?t get it.... There is a Spot Coffee down the road that has superior coffee and customer service. Read more

I don?t know how this place have 4.2stars in reviews. Ordered Bagels, English Muffins, and Hashbrowns. None of things were meet... the Tim?s standards.????I asked for double toasted but they gave bagels that can?t even melted the butter and I went back tostore their attitude were like I made a mistake to order. RUDE! Period. We ordered at the Big Tree Road through the app this morning. It came up on their end as a large black coffee... although I entered that I wanted 2 cream and 2 Splenda in the app I don?t order a double double because I do not want them touse sugar. They asked at the drive through ordering station and I specified such. Then, when we arrived at the window to pickup the coffee, the ?manager? was extremely rude to us. They asked more than once about the black coffee and then were angrywhen we specified again, reprimanding me for not ordering correctly in the app. We asked to speak to a manager and the rudegentleman said he was the manager. They should consider better quality management. Hopefully his employees do not follow inhis footsteps. The owner should reconsider his leadership. This was the worst customer service treatment we?ve ever received ata Tim Horton?s franchise. Read more
