Was going great till we got to the register the register person left her post and the person preparing the food was doing both... and cashing. It was all a confusion on what we ordered and what we were getting. I think u should switch that to improve urbusiness then when we were correcting them to fix our order they got a bit of an attitude and I ended up not even finishing tofix my order so I didn't get everything I wanted I so aggervated with the service I got it was beyond me. I think if you guysfixed your ordering process it would improve mistakes in the kitchen and when paying. I was at 3193 orchard Park rd and it saysMeghan on the recipes but it was the whole team that day with no respect and it wasn't just us and our order the customers infront of us also. Read more

Portion is really small. One small fries + one regular hot dog is around $8. Nothing special. Just normal hot dog. I would say... the hot dog from Costco is better. Read more
Let me tell you YUM!!! I love it here. They are always good. Anything you get it?s tasty. The burgers are all American style. So... good. The Onion rings are the BEST! The hotdogs are also spot on and grilled to perfection. The small drinks are very small sobe aware of that. Haha the Italian sausage was incredibly tasty and the sausage was perfect with Mario Sappio brand. The pricesare more than fair as well. Read more
The best onion rings I've ever had, they're actually cooked and caramelized before they're fried! Ted's is famous for their... hotdogs , but I would actually come here for their burgers. The patties had a delicious smoky taste to them. Read more
