Went to Longhorn for dinner on Saturday 11/12/2022 At the Orchard Park NY Location. The waitress was wonderful and very... attentive. The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice. The problem is that I got up and went to use the bathroom, when Iwalked in there the strong odor of urine almost made me puke up my expensive meal. While in the bathroom I noticed that itlooked like the toilet had not been cleaned in quite a while and I don't want to get into detail but I'm sure you get the idea.There was urine all over the floor near the urinals, the soap was low and the sinks were discusting. Clearly there is a lack ofmanagement or staffing issues here, And possibly a health department issue. I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen is;Judging by the condition of the facilities. I feel bad for leaving this review but people need to know about these things beforegoing to eat at these types of establishments. I'm not sure if I'm going back, I don't think I can get past the thought of thekitchen being in a similar condition that this men's room was. Read more
Great customer service AND food. What more can you ask for? Everything was delicious and exactly as we ordered it. Mike was... wonderful and a heart of gold with children. He didn't rush us on ordering and was always ready when we were. I also made Mikeaware that I have a food allergy and they (cooks as well) made sure that my meal was allergen free (and without making me feelguilty for having a food allergy.) Read more
My girlfriends took me out for my birthday. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I am never one to complain, but my steak... was overdone. The manager came out, addressed the situation, was apologetic and even replaced the steak with what I originallyrequested! Everything was delicious and I highly recommend eating here. Read more
Me and my wife stopped in for lunch she had the chicken parmesan and I had the outlaw ribeye and I tell ya what. It was amazing.... The staff were friendly and very informative the place was very clean. There was no wait when we went in. Recent update: usually like the food here. Came here with family for lunch on Saturday. Not sure if it?s the Saturday chef or... what but pretty much everything was terrible. We both ordered outlaw ribeye med rare, mine was medium and his was well done andcold. The steaks looked and tasted completely different, barely edible. Mom got a cheeseburger that was so over cooked it wasfalling apart as she took a bite. The French onion soup was warm at best and barely any cheese, and finally the salads had nodressing whatsoever. They have dad a free beer for the terrible experience lol. Never bad, never good, but don?t come on aSaturday. Went for sisters graduation, they tried splitting us into two booths to accommodate wait staff, bartender not veryfriendly, waitress complained about having to walk all the way to our table, got different steak than what i ordered. Good place for a steak quality of food was good. The only negative I have was the hostess was unsure of where is psittace and... when she could sit us but she did follow up quickly after being somewhat negative and not sure of herself otherwise a fairlygood experience or Male server was on point. Took my husband there for his birthday. Food was so good and staff couldn't be more pleasant. Informed our server Jeffrey that... it was my husband's birthday and at the end of the meal he brought out a ice cream Sunday with a candle. Very thoughtful. Wewill definitely be back!!! Read more
