Ordered some mozzarella sticks for delivery *through their own website*, set to be delivered an hour later with email... confirmation. 1 hr 20 mins later, no delivery has been made, so I called. They had apparently just gotten my order then and saidit would be another 20 minutes until it could be delivered. Lunch is only half an hour long, so I asked to cancel the order andwas told they couldn't do it over the phone, and since I had not made an account when I ordered there was no way to pull up thewebsite to cancel it that way so I was stuck with the sticks I wouldn't even have time to eat. I did not receive the order until40 mins later (1 hr late from original delivery time). The sticks were at least warm, but we never had any issues orderingonline before today. Read more

Very disappointed. I was not aware the place was under new management and I will not be going back to the North Buffalo... location. I ordered a pizza (which I was looking forward to since I haven?t had Rix in a while) and went to the store to pick itup, and was told that I never called and placed the order there. I specially made sure I called the right location when placingthe order because I?ve made the mistake of calling Ellicot before. The man I was dealing with had a very distinct accent and Itold him I called and placed the order with him about 10 minutes ago. He told me he didn?t take any orders and then picked upthe phone right in front of me and called the Ellicott location and replaced my order. He hung up and told me they had mypizza. I walked out and called the Ellicot location and cancelled the order. They confirmed that he had placed the order for meand was clearly confused. Such a shame. From the reviews I?ve read, it?s probably a good thing I didn?t get my pizza as I?m sureit wouldn?t be the same as I remembered. Read more
