First and last time. Stopped for some donuts and the selection was very poor. Ordered 3 Boston cream donuts. When I got home... they were packaged in a bag with the first one chocolate down and the next 2 with the chocolate together. Most of the chocolatewas left stuck in the bag. Absolutely disgusting service & behavior from so called manager Liz at the drive thru. Argued with us regarding a missing item... from our order. When we repeated our order at the window she said we werent charged & need to pay. Was also told we are "makinga big deal of this" This is not "customer service" & if this is what tim horton's stands by, the franchise is bottom barrel. Weexpect to recieve what we order & not the attitude that was giving on THEIR mistake. Liz used sarcasm & mocking gestures to endthe conversation telling us to "have a nice day" For my mom - who's order it was - definitely turned off thisestablishment. This is the worst tim hortons location I've ever been to. The tables and restrooms are dirty and I observed this on multiple... visits. The workers swear at each other while working with customers in the store. I went in last time and one of the ladyworking there passed a comment loudly that seamed to be directed at me. Will never go here again. Read more

Generally pretty good service and nice staff. Only downside is the confusing set up of the drive thru which makes it hard for... trucks to go in there. Read more
Awful drive thru set up, who thought this design was a good idea?? Small selection of donuts/timbits and don't even carry sour... cream glazed in either. Worst location in Orangeville. Read more
Why did the hot oatmeal ???? ???? get taken of their menu??? Healthy with berries,why not bring it back???
