I go to this Tims a lot...but never had such a bad experience like today. I went in with a mobile order that was already paid... for. When they realized they didn't habe the item I wanted in stock, it was like they had no idea what to do. They didn't offerto replace the item or even make it. They basically said "we don't have it" period...meaning they offered nothing to replace the$6 it took from me. I moved out of the way because I did not want to hold up the line for other customers. Finally 15 mins laterthey actually offered a solution: wait 15mins for the brand new item to be cooked, or get something else. I waited this long forit so I said I'd wait for it to be cooked (which as someone in customer service, when out of an item, we restock it no questionspecially if it is brand new. Not wait for a customer to want it and not get it). 15 mins later they asked again what I ordered.I said the 2 pastries, when I went to say the flavours she walked away ignoring me. When I recieved them I asked which one shegave me as I can not eat spice (the one has jalapeños). When i asked to get one Herb &Garlic she rudely sighed, snatched thebag and rolled her eyes to replace one. I am not a rude customer. I am polite and understanding and speak with calm tones. Iknow there are people who would be furious and yell at these poor girls for not having something ready. I am extremelydisappointed to be treated so rudely as someone who is very calm and kind towards them. I understand fast food working...but iwould never be that rude to any customer and i would restock items that are needed. Common sense. Read more

Absolutely disgusting experience. Went to Tim Hortons after a long drive and accidentally cut into the drive thru line not... knowing where the entrance was. We thought it was okay to go since we got confused and there was no one behind us. Pulled up tothe drive thru and apologized that it was an honest mistake and this blonde worker taking our order was trying to figure out theissue since the woman behind us took the time out of her day to CALL THE TIM HORTONS saying that we ?cut in front of her? whenshe wasn?t even there in the first place. The only reason why she called was because she realized the mistake we made once shegot in line after us and decided to create a problem. If she was ACTUALLY in line, we wouldn?t have cut in line since we wouldhave seen her car. This waste of a woman began honking at us like she can?t wait another 2 minutes for her coffee. Orangevillecivilians are absolutely awful. There are bigger things in life than you not having your triple triple and 12 donuts 2 minutesearlier. ???????????? Read more

The service can be slow inside as well. Can?t blame the staff, it?s a tough job and I bet they are doing their best. Be patient... with them! Read more

Been to this Tim Hortons multiple times now and every time I have to wait at least 20 minutes before I get my order. Now this... may seem like nothing but any other Tim Hortons, no matter the amount of people takes less than 5. The workers are very kind soI wait for them or else I would never go here again. Just had one of the worst experience at this Tim hortons Through the drive-through Never been spoken to so Ignorantly At a... drive-through in my life Managementdid not seem to care im sure they don't even see a problem with speaking to ppl in thatmanner the owner's should be notified. Good thing their is other Tim Hortons in town because we won't be going back to this one. Read more

My friends and I stopped by this Tims on the way home and ordered some iced capps, and it was by far the worst ice capp I've... ever had. The cup was not full, and instead of the classic creamy/slushy texture, it was just a straight liquid. There was alsocoffee spilled all over the top of the cup and dripping down the sides. I have to say, my expectations were already pretty low(it's an iced capp, how hard could it be?), but somehow this Tims couldn't even reach that. Read more

My posse and I needed coffee and decided on ice cappuccinos from this location. From the drive thru They were not whipped and... there was a lot of space in our cups. Hardly any froth, and barely cold. A suggestion: Take some pride in your work and createthe correct products that we are paying for under Tim Hortons guidelines. In town for a business purpose, it was almost 9pm and decided to grab something to snack or a sandwich and a coffee for the... road. Asked for a sandwich and the response was sorry as it was closing time. How about a toasted bagel and peanut butter?Sorry the toaster has been shut off. The lady on the counter was very courteous and genuinely apologetic. Okay, how about asmall dark roast black? Yes! We can do. And guess what she said? Merry Christmas and happy holidays and have a coffee on thehouse as we could not give you what you came for! The gesture was perhaps little by some standards, but it went a long way.
