I called to fix my order and they just hang up on you most disrespectful person I have ever met a**hole right there and their... pizza is terrible let alone putting me on hold for 20 mins and then come back say hello and hang up. Advice do not order fromhere. Terrible customer service will never order from here again and advise you to go to Pizza Hut their pizza is ten timesbetter!!! Read more
Good quality food, we ordered the wing it box. We ordered at 1:12am and it arrived at 1:50am. The delivery driver had trouble... understanding which door was ours as we live in a split house so he waited outside in the dark until we came outside to retrieveour food and apologized for the confusion before leaving. And they are one of the only businesses open past midnight inOrangeville. One of the first good services I?ve had from a local franchise. Read more
This has officially become the worst pizza we've tried in Orangeville. Every piece was about 1/3 crust (or more - note 1 out of... 3 pieces looks like a proper piece of pizza - but even then it lacked cheese and toppings), had VERY little toppings and wasjust generally a big dough round pretending to be pizza. Very disappointed since we used to LOVE pizza pizza at our old place. Read more
If I could give it a 0 I would. I ordered 2 panzarotti's, one was raw the other soaked in grease and over cooked. Called pizza... pizza and was told I would receive a remade order. I received ONE cheese panzarotti which had none of the toppings I originallyordered. Overall I wasted over 2 hours trying to fix the order then tried to get my money back and ended up with a credit I willnever use. Read more
Came in for the walk-in special. Large pepperoni pizza for myself and my daughter! Lots of parking behind the building and... friendly staff! Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and eaten in about the same time. Lol Read more

I can?t speak for everyone?s experience but this is one of the most consistent locations I?ve found for pizza. I think this... particular store offers great quality and they take what they do seriously. (Quick thanks to each staff member I?ve dealt withto-date). I?m sitting here enjoying their pizza so much I had to leave a review in the middle of my dinner. My order is veryspecific - think 4-5 modifications or details per pizza. Called at 12 and placed an order with someone who really shouldn't take orders. Almost 70$ worth of food, we waited until 3am... for the food, no call or anything. I called the manager to explain what happened, the attitude was beyond ridiculous, he didn'twant to help at all and it seemed as if he just did not want a job. He told me that someone called but no one did, we have nomissed call. So they canceled it without any notice. Do not eat here. Staff is so bad at their jobs, supervisor won't help atall. It's not even worth the lousy burnt pizza but they were the only ones open at 12 on a Sunday night, but I won't be eatinghere again and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either. Read more
