Some of staff are very rude when talking over the drive tru. Some days I am waiting at the drive tru and I say hello if it?s... been more than 20 seconds to 35 seconds wait time and nobody would answer. And they do this all the time. That?s verydisrespectful and not a good sign for anyone having to order at the drive tru. The next time you have to wait at the next windowfor your food to be given because they are very slow inside. What kind of McDonald?s take 10mins to prepare 2 coffee and 2sandwiches on breakfast morning or a family meal for 5 people. This is far from perfect and needs to be fixed. Ever time I go in and come home with food the fries are either hard or they are soggy. The one night if it wasn't for one staff... member coming out to ask what my order number was I would of never gotten my food... I waited there for 30 minutes, a member ofthere team that night started my take out order and then walked away from it to go do something else and I saw her standingaround in the back as well... thank you to the staff member that helped that night she was wonderful made sure everything wasthere and the fries were just right even with our burgers. I spent over 50 dollars of food that night and I waited and waitedjust to Hage the person doing take out orders leave my order and walk away to stand there and talk about her problems to otherstaff members and go do something else instead of finishing an order she started.... not happy at all. I have to say that its not only this location but no matter how many times I order a very simple hamburger with only mayo and... extra recon onions they can never seem to get this order correct. Whether they don't put ANY onions on it or for some reason putsliv onions it's NEVER what I order. It's to the point that I have to order a side container of recon onions but it seems eventhat is to much to ask because once again either I get nothing or it's sliv onions! I never thought I?d review a McDonald?s bc who cares. But I waited 30 minutes just for them to put the core of a tomato on my... burger. I use the drive through at this location for coffee before I start my shifts at work. No matter the time of day or night, the... staff are always friendly, helpful and cheerful. It doesn't sound like much but their smiles make a good start to my shifts :) Read more
I'm just so tired of this restaurant screwing up our order or forgetting items. I can honestly say that if I added up all the... items they've forgotten, I'd be able to feed my family for a week. I don't like to complain, I work in the service industry andunderstand that mistakes happen but this is ridiculous. I would say that about 50% of our orders are either wrong or missingitems. I would choose to never go here again, if it were up to me. I have been letting it slide because sometimes we needsomething quick and it's close to home but I honestly don't think I can do it anymore. They really need new (better)management. Read more
I asked for hot cake syrup and in the 7 years I?ve asked for it I?ve never had to pay for it. They told me I had to pay for it.... So no one helped they just ignored me so I went to order it but it wasn?t an option to order it. I then went up to the counterand asked how much and explained that there wasn?t an option to buy it so I?ll just give you change here. A lady with red hairrudely grabbed the syrup, rolled her eyes and threw it on the counter and didn?t say anything. She then went to her cow workersand started talking about me. I kindly asked for hot cake syrup and then got made fun of. I work in fast food and if I treatedcostumers like that my manager would fire me immediately because that is not how you treat costumers.
