You would expect that when going through the drive thru that if they ask you to park and wait that the food they bring you is... being freshly made and will arrive at your car hot. Nope. Lukewarm at best. Every item. Very disappointed with this location. Read more

Upon walking in, I was greeted by an employee named Andrew. The level of customer service was out of this world, super polite... and very professional. To top it all off the food was absolutely fresh, it is employees like Andrew the kitchen staff on shiftthat provide service as I just experienced which is 100% directly responsible for companies scaling up and becoming profitable.Highly recommend this location, will definitely be coming back. Food was as expected. However the drive thru , which was not busy at all had an attendant in need of customer service training.... While not rude, she was not paying attention, practically tossed things at us rather than patiently handing them over. Sheforgot items and when we came back inside to politely get the missing item she once again threw the items. It takes seconds toshow attentive behaviour that goes a long way towards the customer experience. I want to be clear that we were the onlyclusters, inside or out at this time. Read more
