Came here on Tuesday. As I was giving the girl my order she kept asking what kind of drink. So I repeated again no tomatoes on... my tacos. Then ordered 3 soft tacos. So I drive around and I give her the money and she gave me the drink. So a few minutes shegave me my order. So headed home and get me one of my tacos and first thing I see is tomatoes!! Yes I know should have checkedbefore I left!! But seriously the person working the drive thru should listen and make sure the order is right and talk to thecustomer and not other coworkers at the time! Had to sit in line for 1hr just to get our food, once we got home, found out that we didn't even have all of our order. On top... of that the items we customized with the mobile app were as they come normally so that was even more money wasted. Read more
It was confusing to both us and the people on the headsets as it seemed to have two or three people trying to take out order.... The restaurant was getting their delivery so they were out of beans and did not give any extra meat or cheese on my husband's 5later burrito that was missing the beans. My order was correct but the beef and cheese burrito seemed skimpy to the one I had atanother location. Like it was mostly tortilla and lacking on cheese and beef. Service otherwise was fair and the staff pleasant.Although I had to hop out and run in for a few more mild sauces. Read more
Got lucky this store made me 2 double decker taco supreme! It helped me cope after the pathetic so called return of the Mexican... Pizza! Any chance of breathing life back into the Taco Salad? Read more
We had to go back in because we didn?t get everything we ordered. We got soft taco supremes and they didn?t have any tomatoes... while other things in our order did. They took a very long time to get our order to us and even then it was wrong. Read more
This is the best Taco Bell ever. We are from Virginia and we have come to this Taco Bell location two times, both on the way... back from vacation in Charleston. This location has the best portions, the best cooking methods (everything was grilled toperfection) and just so delicious. The staff is friendly and I just wanted to tell you guys to keep up the awesome work. Asiaprovided great service as well. Read more
Preference was so amazing. After stranded on the side of the interstate for 4 hours, we were starving. Places were closed but... Preference saved the day! Friendly, helpful, and fed us so we could be on our way home!!!!! Read more
