The food was good. The establishment was clean. The employees weren't very attentive to the customers? me included.

Went to this location just yesterday to order a sub before work and was told I have to order it just the way it's listed!! Since... when did Subway not allow you to customize your sandwich with toppings? I'm completely put off by the employee's attitude. Ifthere are no options, don't advertise that there are options. This infuriates me that this particular Subway employee would beso unhelpful and very disappointed in the way I was treated as a paying customer. Please retrain your staff and instill some"communication skills" for your staff to better serve your business. Read more

You might want to call in to see if they have what you want. I ordered a steak salad, tuna salad and chocolate chip cookies... online and when I went to pick it up, they told me that they didn't have anymore steak nor chocolate chips cookies. Theirmanager was out of town, so I was not able to get my money back, nor were they "able" to give me something else in place of thesteak. I didn't want any other cookie flavor but had no choice but to pick otherwise I would've walked out of the restaurantwith not even half of my order! Then! There was no tuna on the salad. I paid for double meat, now. The lady acted like shedidn't want to give me that! Although, the other worker kept apologizing, it did not change the fact that I lost money and didnot receive compensation for their neglect. SMH! Terrible. Terrible customer service and a terrible place to order online.Highly disappointed in Orangeburg. Read more

Ridiculous. A few customers including myself were at the subway at 825pm tonight and the door was lock. We ask the young lady... what time they close and she said 9pm. What sense that make to not let us in when you are suppose to be open. This happens allthe time. The owners are losing money because of the irresponsible employees. Read more

Don't bother to order online. Order isn't started until you show up. 20 min lead time & I'm still at the end of the walk in... line. I think this is a new service offered by Subway and I don't think they figured The kinks out yet. The staff was helpfuland anxious to Make things right as best they could. Read more
