On December 7, 2022 me and my husband decided to eat at Subway on the north road for dinner. When we walked in the staff did not... greet us and one of the staff was using profanity at an elderly man who had hearing aids. She threaten the elderly man bodilyharm. She were using the F word, and so much more. I was completely appalled. Disgusted. And angry with the behavior of thestaff. She threaten to come across the counter and hurt this elderly man who did nothing to her. My job is employment andworkforce so to see this happen. Did not sit well with me until the next day. I did call the next day and spoke with the managerwho already received a call from the elderly gentleman. She did assured me that she will call the owner and corporate toreprimand the staff member. I do not believe in people losing a job. However, the way she treated this man she needs to lose herjob to teach her a lesson and others that we need to be able to show kindness to other people. In the world we are living in, wehave so many people who don?t want to step in to help others unless it?s personally done to someone they love or to themselves . I will be calling corporate today to make sure something is done not saying I don?t believe the manager gonna do her job butI?m going to make sure. If anyone experience, rudeness or disrespect when a person job is customer service, they call corporate. Read more

Quality of service has been constantly decreasing since the store was sold to new owners. Orders have been wrongly made and have... been refused service stating the online order was never received even though it was paid and received confirmation and ordernumbers. Read more

The employees were sitting at booths looking at their phones and eating I had to wait on my online order that was READY! They... drenched the sandwiches with extra condiments that wasn't ask for! All three who worked Saturday 10.29.22 should be fired! Ipicked up at 5 p.m. you know who they are you hired them and put them on your schedule! Read more

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever experienced. The workers were rude not at all professional. They did not know... what type of meat or dressing that went on the sandwiches I ordered. I ordered one of their new menu sandwich. The workers weremore concerned with the fact that it was time to go and that they were off . Some had on hair wraps and only one of the fourworkers had on a subway shirt. They were not pleasant very harsh and aggressive, not customer friendly the worst customerservice ever. I personally will probably never go back there however I witnessed people walking out while I was being served. Itwas awful. Read more

Ordered cold cut combo. Got a sandwich with only bologna. No ham or pepperoni. Asked for onion and got none of those either.... Told lady at window 3 times my order and still they messed it up. If subway wants my business they have to work harder and bebetter than this. Don?t go to this subway under any circumstances. Read more
