Food was as expected. But the kitchen staff (front of house) didn't use gloves and did touch food with bare hands multiple times... during the 10 minutes i was in store. This is a massive turn off and a point of contamination potential. Read more
I think I had an out of body experience in this Hardee?s. We were on our way home to Charleston when we decided to stop for... something to eat. We saw Hardee?s and thought why not. We pulled in the drive through and the young gal working was very sweet,asking us to move forward because our food would be ready in a few minutes. I took that time to run in and use the restroom, theentire dining room was freshly mopped and the bathroom was spotless. I came back out and we received the food, maybe 15/20minutes to make. Well I would happily wait that time if not longer for the burgers we got. It was probably one of the best fastfood burgers I?ve ever gotten. The bun was fresh, each bite was perfectly balanced with ingredients, simply superb. Will defkeep in mind the next time we pass through orangeburg. Read more
Food was good and most of it was hot. Service was a tad slow, but it seems to par for the course now that finding employees who... will work is nearly impossible. I wish if you are going to wait on something to cook they would wait to make the other items soeverything is fresh but it is what it is. Read more
This Hardee's location did a pretty good job. I got there for the drive thru and waited in total about 10 min in the drive thru... before I got my food. I was the only one there, but when I got my food it was hot and fresh. The Frisco I got had more mayo thanI think was necessary, or at least was not distributed evenly. The fries were crispy though so that's a huge plus and the staffwas nice. Read more
I stop here every Friday morn. Today, I just could not wait a long time. While I noticed they had a larger crew, normally it is... just 3 people, they were still too slow. When I arrived, people were already waiting and 1 guy left because his order had notbeen taken. Train the crew and teach them to work with a sense of urgency. 2pm Thursday, waited 5 minutes at drive through without even being acknowledged. Paid for a medium combo and was given a coffee... cup with soda in it... if you don't have it, don't charge me for it. that seems pretty basic. Read more
