Service was ok, I sat inside to eat and they closed the dinning room. I was allowed to stay and finish eating. They locked the... main entrance and everyone had to use the drive thru to place an order. I watched several potential customers come inside andwere told they had to use the drive thru. Read more

Pulled up to the drive thru and was told that they just had to "reset the system". I said "ok, how long does that take". "A... while". I paused and 10 seconds later she said "last time it took 25 or 30 minutes". I honestly got the feeling that they reallyjust didn't want to work, so just a heads up to whoever manages this store, you may want to keep an eye on them. Read more
While traveling back home from vacation, we stopped here to rest and eat. While looking at the menu inside, the manager tells me... it's drive thru only and walks off while I try to ask why is the door is unlocked and there are customers inside and eating ifit'sdrive thru only. Horrid customer service. Nonexistent. Tried to go in to order. Guy at the door spoke to me through the door saying drive thru... only. Got in line. Sat 15 mins. Got to speaker. Nobody spoke. So we waited. And then drove to pickup window to order. Theemployee said verbatim "drive around again to order." My husband said "we waited 15 mins already and nobody was at the speaker"she replied "if you wanna order, drive back around and get in line."
