As of today, Oct 27th they only have tea, no sodas. They also only have 1 person up front, drive thru is closed, and 1 cook. ... Those 2 are going as fast as they can and working hard. The 3 starts is not because of them it is because I would think the BKfranchise would be better. :( Read more
Showed up to order. This location closes the inside and tells us to wait in the long line at drive through. So we wait and it is... finally our turn. We wait at the speaker for someone to ackonwledge us. The line clears out in front of us and no one has yetsay anything to us. So we go to the window. The associate (who is wearing the headset to take orders) tells us we need to driveback around to order because she can't take orders at the window????????. We explain to her the situation. So she "politely"turns her back on us. Meanwhile I guess the manager is inside yelling at 3 of her other associates. World class customer serviceand leadership on full display here! Read more

Horrible customer service. Lady at the drive thru window stared at her phone while taking my payment and giving me my receipt. ... Never once looked me in my eyes. Then went to next window for my food and same lady and another worker were on their phones. Someone finally came up and asked about what I was waiting on and gave me my order. Need to shut this place down & start over. Read more
Food was horribly burnt and way too greasy that it leaked out the bag. Bread was hard and chicken sandwiche had been sitting... because you can tell it had been heated back up and too hard to even bite it. Line was long so we figured it would be fresh.Gave us a coke instead of a sprite also. Even the recipe was soaked in grease. Read more
