I am not blaming the staff. I am sure they have maybe 2 people working at 10pm, but when going through the drive through, a list... of about 5 unavailable items was given, to include the famous Frosty. It is advertised as open till 1am, but only serves thingsthat are easily served and cleaned. Ok, I was on the way home from a Jaguars game and anything would work at this hour. Ordered2 Jr bacon burgers and a fry. They were so cold, I would have thought they had been made at lunch time. The fries were totallyunedible. It will be my last visit to this store. Read more
Completely rude staff and no food orders being taken during operation hours. We arrived at 1228am and they closed at 1am. While... they turned us away at the drive through and then hung up on me when I asked what their hours were. When being denied foodduring operation hours, she wouldn't give me the store ID number, wouldn't take our order in the drive though 30 mins beforethey closed. I called back after being hung up on multiple times to get store number she finally said she didn't have to give methat information when clearly its available on a receipt and in an address for a business location but I guess they are toarrogant to know that based on how many times I was hung up on and ignored as a customer trying to order food. We got the breakfast, which I have to say I was scared to try, but it was really good. I found it amusing that the sausage and... croissant were square! I also loved the fried egg since a lot of fast food places do not offer fried eggs. The seasonedbreakfast fries were also good. Read more
Just ordered about 30-45 min ago or more. The older lady at the drive through window was extremely rude just because I politely... asked ?how long would it be for the fries?? Store was really dirty. None of the tables were wiped they weren't even really busy. People standing around talking and... gossiping that work there but not cleaning up anything. I had to go to the bathroom but I was afraid to even go in there. I justwaited and went when I went to where I was going. Drink station absolutely a mess. Service was friendly and fairly quick and thefood was decent but otherwise don't eat inside. Read more
