We frequent this location every day, so to give a 4 star rating is something.... We love the team here! Everyone is friendly... and helpful, even if they are short staffed. I understand that, as I work in the customer service field as well. However, wehave had repeated issues with one team member there. This team member served a FROZEN hashbrown on our burrito for breakfast onemorning. Not cold in the middle, but frozen solid. Solid. We let that go because we didn't have time to wait for it to beremade.. We have placed a single drink order, only to wait 20 minutes to be told by said team member "I'm getting there", with4 people working in the deli. The Team member proceeded to brew coffee, instead of starting on the 4 orders on the drink screen,that had already been paid for. The first guest waited over 25 minutes for a drink. This team member is not happy to be at work,and it shows. The team is always so wonderful, but you are only as strong as your weakest link. If you do not want to work inthis industry, then don't. At this time the store associates i wouldn?t say we?re the best. Creative i see the gentleman was on making my drink but the... chocolate drizzle ended up all over the cup and i see he was trying to be creative but that?s not how i would like my drinkpresented to me, all the ingredients inside of the lid please because i had to take a few napkins and clean my drink up or elseit would drip on my hands. Also the cashier was at most rude the way i heard her talking, i used self check out. She didn?t havea nice tone at all. Most the associates there to me seemed like they didn?t want to be there and don?t care much for Wawa,because the way they treated the customers and presented wawas products. Read more
This location is amazing. They have the best employees, who have always gone above and beyond for their customers. I visit... everyday for my coffee addiction, and they never disappoint. I have always come to this location for my gas and other needs. Today I came in and had the unfortunate luck of having to... purchase my tobacco products from your supervisor Sheryl. I asked for a whole case of the game green cigars and she told methey?re not sold like that that they get rung up individually. I told her I?m aware of that but that I want an entire case andshe kept arguing with me about it and was very loud in doing so, causing a scene. I have always bought the case here and theemployees always ring them up individually and let me leave with them in the box but Sheryl refused to let me leave with thebox, even ripping the top off the box in my face. I don?t know how she?s a supervisor. I have never had anything but a goodexperience with every other employee but since wawa promotes trash, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. 07/22/2022 6:25pm. More than half of the hot coffee was out. Iced coffee had expired and tasted nasty. Me and my friend had to get refunds. Manager... did not care did not say she was sorry. The employee was apologetic. Manager did not even bother to put a sign on the icedcoffee saying it was out of order. And the employee said: Well we'll be giving a lot of refunds tonight, And the manager saidnothing back like she could care less. Date 7-3-2022 time was around 9:30pm. Great place for quick service on all offerings such as gas food drinks using the very clean bathroom etc.
