For a Wawa this place is awful. They never have coffee prepared in the mornings. It is amazing how all every single coffee can... ?run out? at the same time and they hadn?t even started to make more. Their prepared food section has been sparse or nonexistent lately. When you get a sandwich or something made for you it just looks like it was thrown in the box and barely puttogether. Bad service. Bought a chapulta and went to wait for food only to be told they are all out of pitas. Not one single apology not... from Food Service Rep and not even from the AGM. I called at about 12:16 AM. And waited and waited. Nobody picked up the phone. It took three phone calls of waiting and waiting... and being put on hold to get somebody just to answer the phone and answer a question about if somebody would get on top of myorder when I made one. By the time I got somebody on the phone it was almost 12:30 AM. How many people are in that store at12:30 AM on a Wednesday night? I was going to order several things but the manager didn?t seem to help. Because I kept askingspecific questions and The manager kept answering my questions referring to a delivery service. When I asked multiple times howlong it would take them specifically to make my food once the order came in. Especially because it took three phone calls ofwaiting and waiting and waiting for anybody to even answer and then being put on hold to speak to a manager over french fries. Isimply asked ?would somebody get it ready immediately or is it gonna take a while, because I called three times and nobodyanswered?. And she kept answering my questions as if it was a delivery service issue. And I kept having to restate my question,telling her ?how long will it take? for somebody to notice for my order to be there? Because it took three phone calls to reachanybody?. I love the store. But the service honestly is not wonderful. I am honestly disappointed and tonight I will not beordering anything. Because I was going to order multiple sandwiches and some french fries. But due to the fact that it tookthree phone calls to get anybody on the phone, at a time when there?s likely nobody even in the store, makes me feel like thefood is not going to be made as soon as it comes in. And I would be waiting much longer than I should especially at 12:30 Am.Somebody should probably check the cameras to figure out what was going on in that store on November 17, 2021 at 12:16 AM.Because that?s when I first made my call. I'm so glad Florida has Walla Walla now I missed it from up North I love this place their coffee is amazing their food is... amazing I miss their Hoagies people down here. Probably don't know what they are but they're very good they're basicallysandwiches but Triumph they're very good their chicken is excellent clean stores good prices on gas good gas clean restrooms andyou can be in and out really quickly!
