I have eaten at this location ever since it first opened. Food and service has always been fantastic. My favorite entrées to... get here is either the Dallas filet, roadkill or smothered chicken. Their mash potatoes and house salad are my go to sides. Lovethe rolls. The butter they use is insanely addictive. Made a reservation online walked right in. waitress took the order. 40min later the food comes. No appetizers or bread nothin.... Then as I look over I noticed the salmon my kid was served and eating was raw still. Never seen the waitress again. Paid thecheck and left. Really bad service for as many people just standing around and the food well it was so fresh it was still coldand raw.. Read more
It has been 4 years since I dined or got takeout.last time the food was cooked wrong and cold. So tonight 5-5-22 for my 17 year... anniversary.we gave it a go and we were impressed new staff, kitchen,servers, host/hostess. The food was good, everything tasted savory, and the size of the sweet potato was definitely worth it. I enjoyed my meal, beef... tips with mashed potatoes and gravy. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri but it had little flavor. Like many restaurants, TexasRoadhouse has to work with a lack of staffing. Though, it didn't seem too understaffed. Great experience. The Texas experience start with the warm bread. My husband and I love the bread and we could definitely go... there just for it. The sirloin steak was very tasty and the amount of spice on the rice was perfect. Had one small issue withthe cleaning of the table. The table was not very clean and the knife was a little dirt. visited 2 weeks ago. ordered a grilled chicken salad with no egg. I got a fried chicken salad with tons of egg. sent it back. ... took 30 minutes to get it and everyone else in my party was already done eating so I just had them box it up. manager gave me a$15 gift certificate. fast forward to yesterday, we decided to give them another shot... I ordered a medium well serloin. itcame out raw. I sent it back. they brought it back 5 minutes later and you can see how it looks in the picture. keep in mindthe steak in the picture is AFTER I sent it back and it's supposed to be medium well. I didn't touch the steak after that andjust ate my potato. the manager didn't want to come to the table this time so that's our last time eating there. Read more
I went in last night and even though it was super busy our server Brandon was amazing! Knowledgeable about everything, plus he... was super polite and funny!! The food was perfect too. I’ll gladly go back. Highly recommend The Legend Margarita as well lol Read more
First time! It is a very popular place. The wait was 1.5 hrs. on a Friday night. We were able to order drinks while waiting for... the table. The front hostess was terrible and rude. When we finally received our text that our table was ready, we approachedher and her response, "Go inside." Whoa! Unfortunately, this stuck with us for the rest of dinner, especially after waiting 1.5hours for a table. However, Jordan, our server, was very delightful and full of energy despite the very busy night! The food wasgood. I ordered the bone-in ribeye with veggies. Prices were very good for the food portion. I think this is what my husbandenjoyed most! ???? If you are looking for a good steak at a good price, I definitely recommend it.
