I have been here 3 times now. Even tipped 15 percent. The same man working has been incredibly rude every single time. He makes... you feel like your a burden when you order a sandwich from him. Not to mention my husband's sandwich was gouged with mustard hethrew it away. Was 2 uncomfortable to ask them to remake it. His daughter has the same attitude. Horrible customer service,Horrible sandwich, missing cookies. I understand life and having bad days but 3 strikes your out. We will never go to thislocation again. Had to write a review. Not cool! Very clean and great service
I usually have a decent experience at this location, but today I was very disappointed!! One very important thing that alot of... restaurants need to learn about serving anything with lettuce is, bad lettuce will ruin ANY meal. Lettuce that us turning has adistinct taste and texture that is extremely unappealing. So 2 or 3 bites into my 6inch sub and it was thrown in the trash. AllI could taste was old nasty lettuce.???? Other than this issue, the employees were very nice and professional. I will return,but definitely make sure the lettuce is good!! Read more

So I generally love subway but some locations are just not very good. This crew did an amazing job on my sub tonight I ordered a... chicken bacon ranch through door dash and whoever made my sandwich put the wrong cheese on it but it doesn't matter because itwas soooooo good!!!! Placed my order through the app. Ordered Italian BMT toasted with the veggies shown and less mayonnaise and less red wine... vinegar. What I got was an untoasted soggy mess!!! I picked it up as they were finishing the sandwich so it didn?t sit there. Nomayo at all. Just soppy with the vinegar! Inedible!! Disgusting!! Tried calling to complain but no one would answer the phone!!Never again will I use the subway on Park in Orange Park, Fl!!! Read more
Love subway the only thing is that everytime I go in the employee is very rude other than that it?s amazing
