I go to this Starbucks on a everyday basis and they are usually on par at least, but today I ordered 3 drinks. 2 hot and one... cold. Instead i got 1 hot and 2 cold. They did NOT put the extra pumps of white chocolate i asked for.Not to mention the nastycoffee grounds left in the coffee.Ur coffee is too expensive for you mess up wether its hot or cold.. Very dissatisfied and mayjust start going to somewhere else. Not that one customer matters??????? Read more

Visited this location with my mom today April 18th at 11:39 AM. The long haired brunette girl with a ponytail that was working... the drive thru gave us our drinks but my mom's drink didn't taste right (tasted more like watered down milk) so I told her thatthe Strawberry and cream Frappuccino didn't taste like it had any strawberry in it. So she went and gave us a small cup with thestrawberry stuff in it for us to mix it in ourselves. That was not possible due to the cup being filled up all the way. When Isaid something to the girl she seemed like it was a bother to have to remake the drink. But for the price that you pay for thedrinks you shouldn't have to mix it yourself. Then to top it off she finally agrees to remake the drink and it's so overly donewith strawberry that the whole cup is red. It tasted awful and we just ended up dumping it out at home. It wasn't even busy andat this point were not even sure we'll bother going back. We religiously go to this location like 2 times a week and have neverhad an issue before. But expecting us to mix the stuff in ourselves instead of just remaking the drink is beyond ridiculous. Read more
