The employees are always very kind, greeting me as I walk inside the door, patient with drink orders, and just very courteous in... general. I always choose to go to this specific location when I?m visiting Florida because the atmosphere is really nice andthey treat me well. It?s a great place to sit and chill as well. Service was good and staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that the drinks were not coming out fast enough. Drive through... was wrapped around the building and inside customers were getting irritated but I am very patient. Waited about 20 to 30 minutesfor a coffee. Read more

First time stopping by at this Starbucks. My sister and I were in a good mood since we just finished shopping and we needed some... coffee. All was well until my order was taken. The person taking my order looked tierd (understandable) and did not greet us.She just asked if I was ready to place my order, but the way she said it sounded like she wanted us out of the store. I didn'tmind that. The problem was that I didn't even finish placing my order and she just walked off to grab food from the oven. Thatwas extremely unprofessional and rude. Literally ruined our mood. You don't just walk off on a person that hasn't finished theirorder. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the other worker realized that the girl was taking too much time to putthe food in the bag and decided to finish my order for her. She also made our drinks and it came out delicious. I get somepeople have a tough time but don't take it out on the customers. Read more
