Terrible experience at this Moes. Went for dinner and witnessed a young woman with brown hair be rude to other guests including... a small child so I left without eating. I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE. The other recent reviews speak volumes tothe service provided at this location. Read more
Stood there for 10 minutes before someone asked if I needed help and there were 5 people in there! They weren?t even busy. The... place looked absolutely disgusting, it was dirty. I was going to order nacho?s but they were sitting in an OPEN bin in thecorner, GROSS! I was picking up a mobile order for someone else which was supposed to be ready by 7:03 and I didn?t get it until7:20!! Wow. I usually don?t review, but the service today was awful. This was my first time coming back to this moes in over a year and... usually the service and food quality was amazing. The staff running it during this time was very slow. They were laughing andjoking in the back when the person making burritos was out of meat, cheese, and other toppings with no help. When I first moved here this place was amazing but now the quality of the service is so bad I wouldn?t come here again. You... have teenagers running the restaurant, being unprofessional, cursing and running out to check on their car and bringing all theemployees with them. You can literally see how terrible it is. We?ve dined at Moes regularly for 15 years. This location is by far the worst. Employees mostly hanging out in back while the... dining room is disgusting and trash bins are all overflowing. This was around 3pm on a Sunday, there weren?t any customersin the building which should?ve been a clue, but we figured it was just off peak hours (prime time to catch up on recovering thedining room). We also could clearly hear an employee yelling in back that they?ve been here for 8 f?ing months and only make$11 per hour. I understand how difficult it is to find help these days, but unfortunately in this case there was plenty ofhelp, just no management. Stay far away from this one. Read more
