Got to the drive through around 7:40pm with just 2 cars in front, Finally 20 min later, get to the speaker 8pm, lady tells me... there's a shift change that I can't place the order yet. Figured, sure no issues, how long can a shift change be, 20 min later,apparently shift still changing,no response no acknowledgement, nothing, stood at a drive through for 40 min. Been here several times n the past few months and each time I come the "system is down" and they can't take orders. Honestly if... this establishment can't keep a pos system up in 2022, then they either need to find a different system, pay their bill or letthis poor, rundown building and business die peacefully. Also, parking lot lights would be nice. Someone could get mugged andyou look closed when you are not. Read more
I have not have Krystals in over 20 years. My children wanted to try it. The store was very old, dirty, and dated. The cashier... was very nice. The order took 30 minutes but was fresh. The fries were greasy and had over fried tater tots mixed in it. Thecheese Krystals were as lack luster as I remember. May try again in 20 years. Read more
We had a over all good experience. However, as usual the drive through line was a wait & the drive through window after paying... and getting receipt & drinks we had to wait 15 minutes for order to be delivered to window. And the smell outside near the drivethrough is still bad. Read more
First off, I waited like 30 minutes for my order after being told to pull in a parking space as they would bring it out to me.... They eventually did ave a 2yr old could have cooked better food. Couldn't even eat the junk. I really believe it was just 1staff working that morning. There were only 1 car in the parking lot, geez. Just close the door already will ya? Read more
if I could give it zero stars I would!!! what kind of place never has what they are famous for? only serves chicks and fry's... after 11pm is what I was told and then it would be 20 min for any order!? because door dash made huge orders is a terribleexcuse for a team and manger!!!.... no a establishment to do there job!!! Food was very good. Filled our belly. The girl at the window was the sweetest. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our order, but... it was well worth the wait. Read more
The customer service was incredible. I stopped going to Krystal because their employees are horrible and so rude but the store... on Hwy 17 has the best and most considerate cashier. She was kind and helpful and gave me napkins and asked if I wanted ketchupand salt. It was amazing. Read more
