Their management As well as the... employees are very knowledgeable about the different types of sandwiches that are made within their restaurant. Their Phillycheesesteaks are the best and cannot be rivaled by any other major competitor in the sandwich making industry. I won?t go into detail as there?s no need but I have to acknowledge an Employee at the Kingsley/Blanding location. You guys... have a Top Notch Employee in Sarah! Never had any problems with firehouse till recently, all the sandwiches I used to get were thinner and thinner to the point... where it's not what I used to get anymore, and doesn't feel worthy of the price. I mean, at 11 dollars, this one looks like thequick ones I make at home with deli meats. And with it being so thin it's basically just all sauce, all it tastes like is puresweet baby Ray's. Can't finish, too sweet. edit: Maaan, and I just looked at the picture of the brisket sandwich they have onthe photos section, and compared it to mine???????????? I feel cheated. Read more

why was the manager outside smoking a cigarette when there were lots of customers waiting inside for food at 5:30 pm dinnertime.... multiple ads posted outside the building for help wanted yet this is how management behaves in the store? why would people applyas crew to a place like that. correct your management if you want to keep staff. even making doordashers wait whos incomedepends on tips from speedy delivery service. I came in Wednesday night. I was greeted by a shorter Hispanic I believe could be young or older hard to tell. Very sweet and... loving smile she took my order and was so respectful and went straight to making my food. Along with other women there who wereworking very hard as well. Even with a rush my food came in a decent time and was very good. Unfortunately the young women didnot have a name tag on but had a side bun and couldn?t be over 5,2 cashier. Firehouse is usually on point. I notice now that they have a new manager, (Sara?) everything has gone down hill. Food always... takes forever, parts of my meal missing, etc. The only reason this gets a 3 star is because of this one nice young man with longhair and cool style that works there. He always makes my food in a timely manner, and is sure every part of my meal is included.Props to him. He carries this establishment. Read more
Wonderful staff. The lady taking my order was patient. She made sure my onion allergy was know. Toward the end of the order she... asked if I was splitting my order and would I like it in two baskets. I was splitting what I ordered and it was so nice of herto do that for me!
