I have been here previously and the service was not the greatest!!! The light skinned girl ALWAYS seems to have a bad attitude.... I will NEVER come to this location again. We ordered sub catering for 40 two days in a row for some hungry athletes. There was something for everyone, it was well... presented, and order was ready when promised. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely use again if back in thearea next year. Read more
Came in per usual to get a sub, was greeted and told there would be a 15 minute wait, I say "ok no problem" and sit down. Well I... wait for about 5 minutes and realize they must be short handed. So I just order my food online thru postmates and continuewaiting (so I didnt have to keep standing and waiting). About 5 more minutes later another employee shows up to the register andasks if they can take my order. I told her "it was fine, I had went ahead and ordered postmates online while I was waiting a fewminutes ago" and continued to wait. 3 maybe 4 people come in, order, and all receive their food. So I begin to wonder where myfood is after another couple came in, ordered, and received there food also. Naturally, I asked the girl if she knew where myorder was and she asks if I had an Uber order... while handing me a bag. I told her no, "I had told you AND the other women I'dordered online postmates while waiting earlier and have watched 5 people receive their food after waiting over 30 minutes". Iasked her how long my food had been sitting there and she rolls her eyes and tells me to "read the receipt". Never felt sodisrespected in my life. So basically, they were obviously being spiteful about me ordering online while they took 10 minutes toget to the register to take an order....please leave the emotions at home young ladies and for the love of god, please grow upand don't give Firehouse Subs a bad name in Orange Park. I placed an order for a party sub box, with 2 hours notice(when other places needed 24 hours notice). The two young people... working were both helpful and very respectful, and the subs were ready when I arrived. They included napkins, Mayo, and picklespears, and the food was perfect!!! Doordash driver here. This is still the ONLY Firehouse in town that never has our food ready when we arrive. I'm always careful... when using the word "never". I'm sitting here now, watching them give my food order away, to a couple of annoying complainingcustomers. Their complaint is not valid. However, my customer now has to wait longer to get their food. And I'm losing money,btw! Why is it only THIS location that gives us issue? Software? Figure it out, will ya. Read more
