Service is horrible. Went to the drive-thru place an order they asked me to wait in the front and they'd bring it out to me... waited almost 20 minutes finally had to go into the store. They had to redo my bagel because they said it had the wrong creamcheese on it when I got to my car and checked it it was still the wrong cream cheese and had to go back horrible horribleservice. My daughter in law had an incident at this location a couple months ago . I was in the car with her and I've never witnessed... such inappropriate and rude behavior by any food service staff in my life. We never go to this location. Well...today against mybetter judgement my husband and I used the drive thru on the way to a child's football game. I thought for sure that this personeither by now has quit or has been fired. Well..this establishment must be desperate for help because the same rude employeeattempted to take my order. I recognized her voice! I was maybe 4 words into my order when she blatantly interrupted me to tellthey didn't have that item. I proceeded to order something else when she did it again....cut me right off. I proceeded again andall we could hear is laughing and screaming in the background. She started to repeat my order and literally got nothing right. Iattempted to order again and correct when she rudely asked are you done? That it? That it? She was so rude my husband had tostep in and shut her down. We literally just left. I run on Dunkin! Ordered a dozen assorted donuts and three iced coffees through the app and got tons of bonus points! My order... was ready at the drive up window when I arrived. There are 4 main things I usually rate stores and restaurant for: 1. Price - ???? ???? ???? 2. Cleanliness ???? ???? ????????... ???? 3. Customer service ???? ???? 4. Product/food quality ???? ???? ???? = Overall score of 3.25 For a fast food restaurant,DD's is kinda pricey. $10.00 for a sandwich, a coffee and 4 tiny hash browns the size of my thumb. Cleanliness I give a 5. Thisrestaurant is generally always clean. The one problem I have is the lock on the bathroom. After washing your hands to rest, youhave to physically unlock the door which defeats the purpose of washing your hands. There are no paper towels so you can't evenuse paper to push the door open or unlock it to prevent nasty germs and bacteria from getting on your hands and into your food.Customer service could he better. There's a different or new cashier every other week. Their retention rate seems to be veryunstable. Often the cashiers make sarcastic jokes or smart remarks about my orders as well as other friend's orders "I'msurprised you only have 1 order. Usually you guys have whole bunch of the orders we can't follow". I'm not sure if that's theiridea of a funny or friendly conversation, But I could do without it. The quality of their food isn't that great. It's as good asany other fast food restaurant. It's not cooked on the spot, so it taste like preheated, and reheated breakfast. Their ????
