I get the thanksgiving meal every year and this year I was disappointed. I didn?t receive the sweet potatoe casserole and half a... slice of turkey. I waited at curbside then went inside after waiting 20 minutes for them to tell me to drive around back. Neverwith this Cracker Barrel; I will take drive elsewhere. Potatoes were super dry along with dressing; threw food away onthanksgiving ??????????? Read more

I had the pleasure of having a very attentive waiter in Lee. He know his stuff and was prompt with his service. The food was... delicious and what I wanted and needed. The military discount is hit or miss with whom the cashier is but that didn't take awayfrom my families enjoyment and satisfaction. Read more

I rarely go to Cracker Barrel but as a big fan of fried chicken, was curious about the billboard advertising their "Southern... Fried Chicken" dinner. The cornbread muffins had good texture crisp on the outside and moist on inside in nice cup shapedmuffins, bit they were neither sweet nor as flavorful, so I asked for honey and that helped a lot. The meal is well priced atless than $12 for 4 pieces, dark and light. I always prefer dark as light is usually too dry. I had mashed potatoes with browngravy. The potato texture was smooth but flavorless and I was glad there was gravy, but just a moderate amount. The fried okrawas ok. The chicken: heavy breading, prob wet batter. I'm not a fan of wet thick batter, I prefer a light crisp coating. As aresult, the chicken was a bit dry and overcooked. It was hot, but didn't seem like it was right out of the dryer. It didn't havethe consistency of a good brine soak either, as all the spices were in the thick crust. I think my best piece was the wing, which, due to it's size and coating, resembled a large misshapen chicken nugget. My two go to places for southern friedchicken, Hangar Bay Cafe and Shut Em Down have nothing to worry about. Service was friendly, but I understand most restaurantsare short staffed so when I had to wait for drink refills due to our poor server taking care of a lot of tables I knew patiencewas a virtue. I'd go back but probably to get my go to fried fish instead. Read more

Cracker Barrel was one of my favorite family places to go. Over the last 6 months the food quality has gone way down. The... Sunday home style chicken is a patty that you would find in fast food biscuit. Not even close to what it once was. Theyreplaced regular grits with cheese grits that taste worse than instant grits. No more plain hash browns. Pretty much turned awholesome family restaurant into a fast food low quality former shell of itself. I would not paying more to cover costs if thequality comes back. I honestly can not recommend coming to cracker barrel and suggest checking out other local options that aresimilar priced but higher quality. Read more

I have been complaining about this for years now and they won?t do anything about it. This location cannot cook biscuits for... some reason! (I added some images of what the biscuits are supposed to look like that maybe the managers who works there canstudy them so they can make sure they are made correctly) ?Imagine going to Olive Garden and getting bad breadsticks? is prettymuch what is going on here. This is the first thing they bring to your table. I get these to go and as soon as you open thecontainer you can smell the undercooked dough, and if you open them the dough is clearly undercooked, These biscuits aresupposed to have a brown top, every once in a while, and I mean like 2 out of 10 visits are the cooked correctly. I?m going tostop wasting my money on these instead of throwing my food in the trash, I don?t get these as a appetizer for free, I pay forthem with my Togo order! Read more

I am here as I type this and first we waited longer than expected to be seated. About 20 more minutes than told. Then once we... were seated we waited about another 20 minutes before we went to the manager and told her that no one has come to service us yetand other people who came in after us were being served. We were told the waitress decided to go on break and did notcommunicate with someone else that she was leaving. Being here we feel like we're a bother to them. The wait staff is way belowexpectations and this is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at a cracker barrel and I eat here every so often. Even themanager seems to need some staff relations training because she was not pleasant whatsoever. Our food came out and it was sodisappointing and disgusting I'm going to try and attach the pictures along. I suppose to had something like a hash browncasserole but they were out so she just ordered me the ingredients with whole tomatoes and thickly sliced round onions. Myhusband the country fried steak and it tasted freezer burned and still raw in the middle. It was just despicable! We lefthungry. Luckily the manager came over before we paid and we told him about our experience and he said we didn't have to pay. Butwe had already spend $140 dollars in the gift shop of what we were about to return until he said we didn't have to pay for ourmeal. Even the biscuits were nasty for Pete's sake. Just awful! How the food looks in the picture is exactly how it wasdelivered to us. Nothing like what I requested. Read more
