The staff are not friendly. Expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food, and frequently they are going to be out of basics like... hush puppies. Doordashing? DO NOT ACCEPT these orders! 0 care given by staff, and they do not communicate when they are out ofthings the customer requested. Read more
The young lady at the register was AWESOME!!!! Very nice, very helpful. I overheard her share a long schedule which i... understand in the staff shortages today. I think the drive-thru gal could have helped on the service line. My comment is aboutthe fish. I liked the previous fish batter compared to what I received today. I prefer the crunchy fluffy batter offeredpreviously with the crunchy bits and larger fish portions. The current batter...not so much, the current size options...not somuch. There was one lady manning the entire front of the store. She was doing a great job at it. When it came my turn to order she was... patient. It didn?t take long to get my order. She didn?t pack condiments for me, but did let me know where they were so theywouldn?t be forgotten. Overall good visit! Read more
For a fast food seafood restaurant the food here is pretty good. Not a fan of fried seafood so I have never had any here. I... always get whatever grill option they have available. Edit: No grill options so tried the southern fried white fish and it wasreally good. Read more
I ordered the 2-pc Senior "country" with green beans, fries and bread sticks. I received 2-pc Senior "country" with fries, Cole... slaw and hush puppies. They were out of plates and plastic flatware with which to eat my food, as well, they were out ofketchup packs. Don't blame the staff, blame management. I was there at 15:20(?) and my receipt number was 106. I applaud youhiring disadvantaged and the handicapped. I blame management for poor training and setting up people to fail. Pitiful topoor mgt.
