There is no justification for 4 breakfast sandwiches to take over 20 minutes in the drive thru when there are so few other... customers there. And then to get one sandwich wrong? twice. Read more
Worst by far. For the last few months every time I come to this location noone responds at the drive thru menu after waiting 10... min+ & every time I was the only car in the drive thru. Repeatedly asking for a response to place my order and noone talks back,drive around to the window and people are just on their phones and eating food, i wish I could get paid to do nothing. Samepeople saying they need raises but don't want to do the most menial job. Read more
We come to this one from mandarin to eat skipping over 2 other locations. Usually have a real pleasurable experience. Tonight we... had the guy taking the order yelling and talking about the customer in front of us on his headset with other staff while takingour order at the same time. Staff is respectful and punctual however a few orders in the past 15 minutes have been wrong. Suggest you check your bag before... you leave the place. Wouldn't recommend it being redone as well they seem to get offended by the suggestion. Read more
This location is very NASTY!!! This store needs a deep cleaning and why are people allowed inside to lay down on the benches... with no shoes on to sleep???? Homeless people camped out in the dining area with their shoes off just chillin like they live upin there!!! This is very UNSANITARY and last time I checked this is a restaurant NOT a hotel!!!!!!!! The employee was courteousand the food wasn't even hot!!!!!! NEVER again the board of health needs to shut this trifling a-- place down!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
Did they shut down? I waited for almost 5-10 minutes in the drive thru for somebody. I pulled around and looked through the... windows and waited a couple more minutes...nothing. It was empty...There was a sign stating closeat 9p but..I was there atbetween 7:30-7:45p. I was about to take a few pics. There was only one car in the parking lot?????????????????????? Read more
No matter how empty the place is its always a wait, drive thru is impossible, all the times that I go they take for ever to take... your order and for ever to give you your food which they still give you cold, I?ve tried this location multiple times because Ido love Burger king but I won?t bother anymore Im better off just go to the Mcdonald?s accross the street!
