Consistently the worst performing ?fast? food place I?ve ever known in 5 decades. Today was just another 10 minute wait at the... speaker, waiting for someone to take the order. Never happened. Just drove off. They weren?t closed, but it sure seems likeit. The joke over the last 5 years (I keep giving them a chance since they are closest to my work) is that if it takes 20minutes, you?re beating their average. Read more

If I can give this place negative stars I definitely would? this place should be closed down! I am surprised they are still open... for business. Whoever is in charge of this franchise should be ashamed! I came to this Burger King a few times and they alwaysnever fail to disappoint me.. today will be my last time and I will tell everyone I know not to even bother with this place.Staff seems so unhappy and so unfriendly. I was given my meal and I felt so uncomfortable with their attitude that I ended uptrashing a meal for 4 people since they looked like I was more a bother to them. If they seemed so unhappy and upset I don?tthink I would want to eat anything served by them even if it served on a golden tray!!! Read more

So we seen the lady ringing people up touching dirty tissues then making peoples fries. When I said for a refund so we could go... somewhere else the cashier then told me come on we are trying it will be up soon. I then stated again that I would just like arefund, she then took my receipt said something under her breath and walked away. She came back not saying a word to me but tinstead started taking more orders.. when the next person in line let her know we were waiting she told him that ? they arewaiting on a manger? so now here we have been standing for 15 minutes waiting on a manger or anyone to help. Okay so the managerjust came up said she was never told about us wow. PS the manger was helpful in getting the refund ??????? Read more

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, since I live close, however, my experience everytime was some of the worse I?ve... had in fast food. While I expect minimal customer service effort(which is all I got), one thing I expect that can?t be hard toachieve, is fresh food or at least safe to eat food. My most recent visit felt like the biggest $20+ waste of money, I chose tovisit in the small window that was allowed by my lunch, only to have the worst burger I have had in recent times. I tried todisect why the burger wasn?t tasty and I found that the bread was not toasted, the vegetables were dangerous to consume of howlong they were possibly sitting, but what took the price was the meat. The meat seemed to have been in some sort of containersteaming for the longest, it was room temperature, and possibly way past its shelf life. It didn?t have thehearty/smoked/grilled taste it usually does(a taste I was craving). The fries were the best thing in that meal and they werecold and bland. The sweet tea was sour and had melted ice, I wouldn?t doubt this was pre served and sitting. Similarly, my wifeand my daughter?s food were in the same state. This literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth and I canconfidently say it will be a very long time before I give BK a chance again. I hope as one of the oldest fast food restaurantsaround Fleming Island, you have the respect to take what the community is telling you seriously , and that is that you need todo better, otherwise, move on and allow a more motivated business to break ground. One positive... the drive thru attendant was nice. The wait was 20 minutes... so much for fast food. But the worst was my... whopper was more like a mayo burger. It was gross. Have it you're way.... did I get someone else's special mayo request? LOL I'mguessing management has given up or doesn't care. Read more

This store is well known as the slowest service anywhere!! I?m not sure why I went back but I got an advertisement for... Wednesday whopper day so I ordered a whopper with cheese online and some onion rings I chose to go in the store and pick up hastheir drive-through always has 20 cars in it and gas prices are too high to sit in line when I arrived the store doors werelocked and they said to get in line I refused to get in line so I walked up to the window and demanded my meal that I hadalready ordered and paid for after 10 minutes I had my whopper and onion rings I will not make this mistake again Read more

Ms. Byrd was very professional, Courteous, and efficient when taking my order through the drive-through. The food came out fresh... and she gave me a very positive experience with this Burger King. She deserves a raise??. Fries were piping hot and fresh,burger was made fresh veggies look great and drinks were perfect. Whoever was running the restaurant today at 2:00 PM when Icame through, they?re doing a great job! Keep it up. I'd give no starts if that were and option, but it's not, so 1 star. Today I went to this location to pick up lunch for myself... and my son. I went inside to order and ordered a Whopper Meal and a Chi'King Meal, both were listed on the menu for $7.99 Eachtime the cashier asked me "medium or large"? I'm not a big fan of the upsales so each time I told her "medium" thinking thatwas the price listed on the board.. When I look at the receipt and see that each meal is $9.49 I asked her why? She saidbecause you ordered the medium. I mentioned that the price on the board was $7.99 and she responded that was the price of asmall which wasn't even an option when I was ordering. After discussing it with her and the shift manager, I decided,"whetever, I'm never coming back here. I'll just get me food and leave," which I did. I got back to where I was working and lowand behold they gave us a fish sandwich and some kind of mini bacon cheeseburger!!!! They don't pick up the phone, I've triedcalling them several times today. Southern King Holdings II LLC, the owner has no phone number listed to bring up the issues ofpoor service with them. Yeah, I know, I should have asked questions and I should have checked the order. You have to expectthat they are going to get it wrong.
