Went here today around 4:30. Ordered the 8 Piece family meal on the sign. It is priced at $19.99. You can ad 6 Bo-Berry Biscuits... for $2.00 more. I also added a sauce for $0.25. With tax my order should of been $23.91. They charged me $29.00. I told themanager that the price wasn?t right. She told me that it was correct and to hurry up and put my card in or I would lose myorder. She then said that when I got my receipt I would see it was priced right. Well it wasn?t right. I?ve ordered the samething 3 times over the past month. I know what it should cost. I again tried to tell the manager that she charged me to much.She persisted and said she didn?t and just walked away. She was very rude. It?s not about the money. Food is usually good, but service tonight was inexcusable. My wife got in the drive thru line at 6:28 pm with only 1 car in... front of her. At 6:53 pm, she still had that same car in front of her and no one even came out to say what was going on. She hadto be at work at 7:00 pm, so she had to leave without getting any food. Read more
I only go here often for breakfast. I love their sausage egg and cheese biscuit and their country fried steak biscuit. Out of... all the surrounding fast food joints Bojangles has the best and freshest biscuits. Food quality is always great and staff isfriendly. Only thing I?m not a fan of is the Cajun filet biscuit.
