They had three workers there opening up everyone was very helpful we ordered three fruit lemonades
The closing time is at 7:00pm I have been to two locations and one was closed at 6 pm and the other location that drove over... 15-20 minutes was closed at 6:32 pm when I got there and 3 other people. I'm highly upset because if your closing hour is at7:00 pm, it should not be closed beforehand. Read more

Doesn?t give me the option to say which stand inside the mall. But Caucasian Make w a Man bun he was not only rude to a customer... infront of us but very unwelcoming and unprofessional! Wether a customer is online or waiting for a pickup order, you should getthe same respect as anyone else would bring that the $ spent is the same in person or online. As a company you have to realizeonline orders are just as critical if not more than a standard order. i was in the mall shopping on wednesday february 20th @11:38 am & i was walking by the auntie anne?s by chick fa la and i seen a... short white girl with glasses there making the pretzels and i made up my mind to come back and get a pretzel . so i went back 2minutes later and nobody was there to take my order . all i wanted was a pretzel before i left out the food court to go home .so i had to walk all the way to the auntie anne?s next to dillard?s and i got great service and got my pretzel with cheese sauceand i was asked if i have the mobile app which i did but i forgot so i said no but anyways , i suggest y?all go to the auntieanne?s by dillard?s and not the auntie anne?s by chick fa la , becasue there is GREAT service there at the one by dillard?s andreally bad service by the chick fa la. i have photos of the empty auntie anne?s by chick fa la . just HORRIBLE SERVICE. Manager in the orange park store "Jim" Is very rude and unprofessional. He hired my son and gave him a start date. Collected... his social security number and other private information. Was told he needed pants and shoes and to get his checking account information to him asap. My son is a minor. I as the mother reached out to human resources to find out if his savings account would be eligible for direct deposit. They told me exactly what was needed all his acct info on a letter head from his bank. Ireached out to human resource after numerous times trying to contact jim the manager. No return call. He told my son he wouldstart on the 13th when my son called in the 12th for a time jim stated he was waiting for his employee ID number from humanresource and he would be in contact in a day or so. Never heard back from jim. Another employee told my son that jim disclosed to him and stated he was no longer hiring my son because I called human resource to ask about the direct deposit. I wouldnt hadto if jim would of returned the numerous calls we made to him. I finally got ahold of Jim 12 days later regaurding a start datefor my son to be met with foul language. Very aggressive, and very rude comments. My son gave the personal information that wasasked, bought the clothes items he was told, and turned down other job offers. Because he had committed and gave his word towork for auntie Ann's in the orange park mall. Jim acted very inappropriately dealing with this situation. As if we were unableto clarify my sons direct deposit with human resource. Because of this he stated he did not hire my son which is a lie andunlawful to collect personal information collected at time of new employment. I'm very disappointed that auntie ann wouldemploy someone with out the maturity level to handle business contacts as such myself.
