Bruschetta has really old tomatoes, no balsamic vinegar or reduction, and is really oily. Bread was a cardboard sub roll. Pizza... is mediocre at best. I won?t be back unfortunately. Read more
Rude on phone when I called to place an order. Was on hold for over 10 minutes with no one coming back to say "Be with you in a... minute, or go to hell"!! Nothing!! I got in car and drove there while still on hold--no apology, no regrets, still rude!! Ihave been a longtime customer and have recommended them to many people.....but they just lost me and will not recommend them toanyone else, again!! Maybe they don't care, but eventually that kind of attitude will come back to bite them!! Joyce Tabor PS: Let me add that when I got home part of my order was missing. This was an amazing sausage calzone. The crust was perfectly brown and easy to cut. Not too bready like some calzones. The... cheese was delicious. I really enjoyed the sauce. Read more
Their pizza is good but if you care anything about customer service I would skip ordering from them. I spoke with someone on the... phone asking about getting slices at 8:10, they close at 9. The lady kept telling me that they are sold out of slices. Eventhough as a pizza business I feel they should make some, I understand not wanting to take last minute customers we all know theaggy feeling of that or being stuck with extra food. THE PROBLEM, she gave me the nastiest attitude about it stating ?it hasnothing to do with us closing, we just aren?t making anymore? and then hung up in my face. I had two slices of nice, floppy New York style pepperoni pizza and an unsweetened iced tea. The slices were huge and... delicious. Even the tea was top notch! It was a nice quick lunch during my break. Can?t wait to try other menu items. Read more
Pizza was on point. Garlic knots were not very good in our opinion. Knocked off 1 star due to lack of info on hours. Hours... posted said they were open until 9pm. We were from out of town wanting a sit down dinner with family. We arrived before 8pm.There were guests seated and eating in the dinning area be we were informed by staff they were no longer seating in the dinningarea. We were there over an hour before the closing time per their posted hours, hours online, and hours on there menu. We thenhad to figure out drinks, plates, cups, siverware etc to take back to where we were staying. Had correct hours been posted wecould have changed our dinning plans or been better prepared for takeout. Read more
Arons pizza used to be one of my favs. But since the pandemic they seem to have changed their recipe on some of their items.... Number 1 being their meatball app. It was absolutely amazing before, now it taste like the spegghetti-o brand meatballs.. notgood at all. I would rather pay more for the better product than paying less for a sub-par meatball. There are a few otherchanges in product but that is the most disappointing to me. The service and atmosphere has ALWAYS been top notch imo. The youngladies have always been super nice and went out of their way to make the customers happy. I will continue to visit thesewonderful employees, buy will stay away from certain menu items. ??????? keep up the great work Arons crew!!! Read more
