Long wait times at the drive thru. In my opinion, the food is worth the wait. The drive thru arrangement seems weird, but it is... whatbit is. Some days are busier than others. Friendly service however disappointed how our buffalo chicken was cooked. Way overly done, dried out, hard and chewy. And they... just opened at 10am. We ordered at 10:15am. Fries were hot and fresh. Read more
Ordered the Prime Rib Cheesesteak meal and was highly disappointed in what I received. Soggy, smooshed, flavorless, unappealing... sandwich. The crinkle fries had no salt or seasoning either, not sure if that is normal but still another disappointment. Read more
Premises was neat and tidy. Service was efficient. The manager gave our son an instant discount when he noticed one of his staff... ignoring our son. We appreciate his awareness and quick decision to correct the oversight. Will definitely come back. Read more
I ONLY eat arbys at this store because it?s the best one but for some reason I ordered my usual double beef and cheddar and... there was no cheese sauce? I am super disappointed and honestly bummed. If there was a shortage of cheese and they didn?t haveany, I would have just ordered something else. My husband ordered through Door Dash. They were excellent! We give the driver 5 stars. Our food would have been 5 too but the... gyros were a bit dry. Unfortunately there wasn't enough tzatziki sauce on the gyros, but other than that, great meal! The roastbeef sandwiches were a hit as usual!!! Read more
