This place was DISGUSTING! I can let alot of things go, but this was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. My shoes stuck... to the floor when I walked in. Not just a certain small area of the floor....the ENTIRE FLOOR was sticky. Picking a table wasan ordeal because every single one was filthy. My order was done relatively quickly, but the only item that was relatively warmwas the fries. The burger was cold and the bun was extremely soggy. I had to dump my first soda out because it tastedterrible. The next one was still off, but I could deal with it. The crown jewel of the experience was using the bathroom. Once again..extremely sticky floor. Aside from this, there was a plunger laying in the middle of the floor with toilet paperstuck to it. Also, the sink wouldn't turn off all the way which I brought to an employee's attention. This received an eyeroll accompanied by a sigh. I've been a fan of Hardee's for a long time, hopefully this was a one time bad experience. Read more
Excellent food, nice variety, friendly service.
They are the worst, you never get what you order, today I asked for 3 cheese burgers plane and they give me 3 regular, I asked... for regular fries and got curly fries, also I was missing a chicken sandwich... worse restaurant ever... Read more
Absolutely unacceptable. Sign says open until 7. Had a car in front of us that got their food. It was 6:28. They shut all lights... off. Now I have a kid screaming. Awesome job. Read more
They gave me the wrong order in the drive thru window, and then the food they did give me when I went back was disappointing at... best. Won't be eating here again. The sign in the door for "drive thru only" is also annoyingly small. Read more
If I could I wouldn't even give this place a star. The staff was rude and didn't even give me everything I ordered. I ordered... big hot ham and cheese the bun was incorrect for the sandwich and not even a slice of cheese on the sandwich. Took like 20-30minutes to get my food and never gave napkins and usually they give you napkins in your to go bag. Read more
Stopped in for some sandwiches with our Grandson. We were helped right away. We had some coupons and were disappointed that... Hardee's no longer lets you use the coupon on a second sandwich as well. The food came fast enough, but one sandwich was kindof cold. We had ordered a second meal deal for our other grandson to take back to the tournament we were attending and forgot toask for it to go. I went to the counter to ask for a bag and they completely ignored me. They were taking orders and gettingfood ready for other customers, but wouldn't you take a second to ask someone that just ordered what they needed? It wasn'tjust the high school kids.
