I set up for my grandson?s second birthday yesterday there when we got in there there was hardly any pizza on the Buffay style... the noodles there was like maybe a scoop full, but they were hard and crusty no sauce the dressing was absolutely warm and thenfor him to go play any of the arcade games there was none for him to play. Everything was broke or shut down. It was absolutelyhorrible. No, I?ll probably never go back there ever again. The pizza was nasty. Was excited to see a CiCi's here, haven't ate at one since late 90's. Friday evening, 5ish pm, came in paid for 4 adult... buffet's and a 10 piece wing. Hardly any pizza on the buffet, not that they were busy, maybe 10 to 15 total customers. Went toget a salad, not enough lettuce for salads for my wife and I. Kids ate what little pizza that was up. Fresh pizza hit the bar10 minutes later...all good...right?? No. While we're eating the young lady played with her hair, then went about making newpizza. Kind of makes you pause and think at that point. While continuing to make the pizzas she decided to scratch her nose. Not turn away and scratch...just scratch...right over the pizza. We were done at that point. Got up to leave and my boysasked..dad, where are the wings? Oh yeah...the $12 dollar wings.... Got the attention of the above mentioned young lady and hadher cancel my wing order, and process me a refund. It was easy to cancel, as she never put the order into the kitchen. Sheapparently is unable to process a refund, goes to the manager. While he process my refund, spoke to him about what we saw, hesaid she was new(ish), offered me a full refund of our meal. I declined as we had eaten. Just asked him to speak with theyoung lady about proper food handling techniques, he said he would. Seeing recent reviews, which I kind of wish I had read priorto eating here, the true "management"..yes you...the owner, need to make some changes. The staff you have is not capable andyour shift manager is on his phone instead of managing his reports. Not sure if Florida requires a food handling course or not,even if they don't, would recommend you and all the staff here, YouTube the proper way to handle food in a restaurant. Read more
Food was mediocre at best. Plastic utensils make it difficult to cut anything. Water is only available if you purchase it. ... Overall the restaurant appeared clean. Would possibly go back, but wouldn't be in a hurry. Read more

It was extremely busy, but it was "Pi Day" and they were having an extremely great deal on their adult buffet. There was a... little bit of a wait to get in, once we got in there were no tables available or the ones that were not occupied still needed tobe cleaned! After waiting a few moments for at least one table to be cleaned I realized there was only one guy working the floorand he was doing his best to keep up, so I cleared off a table until he could make his way over to sanitize it. I don'tunderstand why several parties had to wait for tables to be clean when there was at least 3 to 4 people behind the buffet. Theone person was barking orders around to the guy who was doing his best to keep up with the floor, asking him to to this orthat. The person should have either done it themself or helped clear tables so customers could be seated instead of lined upwaiting. As for the pizza... there was never any! Yes, I realize it was busy and we got a great deal, but this has been aproblem here the last couple of times we have went. There is never any pizza on the bar! You spend more time waiting thanactually getting to eat. I will say one thing that has been consistent is, Chris, he does an amazing job! You can really tellhe takes pride in his job and works really hard. He is very kind, keeps the dirty plates from piling up, and just really caresthat you are having a good experience while dining. Update 2: Be warned! The "good" reviews are employees. Read and see who the real reviews actually are. This place needs to be... visited by the health department at this point. Fire everyone. Plus that Alexis and Josh review are employees trying to saveface. Roach issues, dirty restaurant, employees breaking health code constantly, cursing employees on phone, it's a terribleterrible place and I need everyone to take caution. Have reported to corporate it's that bad. Wait until you see everyone "coverup" the roach problem Disgusting place. Old and stingy. The workers made it their playground. Food was the redeeming qualitywhich you can imagine is not saying much. Update: I've been back, since I'm a glutton for punishment. I cannot believe a selectfew of their employees still have a job there. There's a crew that is the absolute worst. Did you guys take care of the roachproblem yet?!! Look at the tables in these pictures. They were all just sitting around Lollygagging as if it was, once again, itwas their playground. Why can?t I order online? They took away the option to order delivery through Uber eats. Even when I try to call to order for... pickup the line doesn?t work. I?m not going to walk in and order a to go pizza and wait when every other place I can eitherorder online for pickup/delivery or call ahead for pick up. I thought they were closed down because NOTHING was working. But no,they ARE open. Read more
