Order was completely wrong. I asked for no cheese, was given cheese on my bagel. I can't eat cheese. My other bagel, I asked for... white bread, they gave us wheat. My dad can't eat wheat, we both have Crohn's. It's not like I can take it back up there forthem to remake it, because they were already out of most things. Very unfortunate. Why can't you just make things the way aperson orders it? Read more
After a morning of fishing we grabbed some sandwiches to take and eat on the beach. Everyone in our group ordered something... different and it was all pretty good. It was nothing outstanding, but it got the job done to fill the gap between breakfast anddinner. My beef with McClure's is the service. The owner was running the register and he seemed annoyed that we were there fromthe moment we walked in the door. He stood with his arms crossed scowling at us while we looked at the menu in his empty shop. His tone was less than friendly, and it might even have been charming as far as a rude New Yorker schtick goes, but it justdidn't work. They were out of bagel chips leaving potato salad or pasta salad as the only options for side dishes. That's notmy thing. An option of Lays or something would have been nice if a sandwich shop is anticipating running out of chips. Anyway,if you aren't concerned with the level of service, perhaps this is your place. For us, we will pass next time. Read more
We were starving on our way to the beach so we had a quick stopover to grab a bite and went to this sandwich shop. They ran out... of simple bagel so I got the rainbow one. It was good but needs some seasoning which I can do it myself. Service was a lil slowbut they were friendly. Read more
I really wanted to like this place, but the owners are so mean. The husband is just miserable looking and miserable acting.... Don?t expect a good honest reaction or accountability if they make an error. The wife is super reactionary too. You can seetheir lack of accountability by their replies to their negative reviews. They just argue with the customers when they screwup. It?s evident that this older couple have had no customer service experience prior to opening a restaurant. Unfortunately forthem, they will not make it in this business if they don?t improve their attitude towards the people giving them money, thecustomer. Read more

I love this place! It changed hands back in the early summer 2022 but it still maintains that "local" feel to it. The bagels are... fresh and the "Beach n Breakfast" sandwich was cooked to order. You can do mega chain fast food ... but why would you when youhave this great little gem so close. #supportlocal Read more
