Y'all. The wonderful people at McDonald's in Orange Beach don't get enough recognition. So here it is, raining, and I only... ordered two chocolate shakes. Really bad customer service, they care more about making you feel less and gossiping than taking care of your food. I already... been a couple of times to this place and i do not recommend it at all if i could i would give 0 star. The lady in the drive thruwindow was on her phone the whole time we where there. She got rude over me paying with my phone instead of card and as soon asi pad she shut the window and went back to the phone without even giving me a receive?.our second encounter was inside thisplace not only they made the food raw but they laughed and gave attitudes when they were told NICELY if they could cook itmore?.. This is the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Took about half an hour for our drive through order. The lady who took our order... was loud and rude. The menu says they have $1 drinks; they don't. We ordered meals plain with cheese and received them witheverything. We ordered a frozen sprite and they didn't have any. Read more
The cashier had major attitude issues.....the french fries was soft and cold even though I asked for it to be well well done.... They told me to pull up in number 2 to get a new 1 and I waited more than 20 minutes. When I went in they told me they didn'tknow that I was waiting. Read more
I understand fast food as well as the next person. But wow, standards have just gone out the window right. Let alone service.... No soap in the restroom. No hand sanitizer in any of the available dispensers. I found 3, all empty. Not to mention thebathroom add so much urine on the floor you need slip proof shoes. My burger was still nice and pink on the inside. Frieswere nasty and old. The customer service was nonexistent. I?ve known for a long time what to expect at a McDonald?s?..Iguess this was stark reminder not to spend my money here again. Just don?t waste your time or money. You?ll only be mad atyourself. While on vacation, we stopped at this McDonald's. It was in a headache of a location to get to, from where we came from, but it... was the closest food place around. The line was so long, we decided to use curbside pickup. It said our food would be outshortly. (Gave an average of 5 minutes, which I know given today's circumstances is a low estimate) After about 15 minutes ayoung man came out, brought our food and drinks and apologized for our long wait. Everything was correct and delicious. Onlything wrong was they left out our sons milk, my husband went in and they gave it to him right away and apologized immediately. Read more
The lady that brought my food out to curb side pick up (Orange Beach location) was the nicest sweetest most professional... employee I have ever met at any fast food restaurant!!! I wish I would have gotten her name to give her the praise she deserves.Thank you for being awesome! Read more
