Y'all. The wonderful people at McDonald's in Orange Beach don't get enough recognition. So here it is, raining, and I only... ordered two chocolate shakes. Really bad customer service, they care more about making you feel less and gossiping than taking care of your food. I already... been a couple of times to this place and i do not recommend it at all if i could i would give 0 star. The lady in the drive thruwindow was on her phone the whole time we where there. This is the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Took about half an hour for our drive through order. The lady who took our order... was loud and rude. The menu says they have $1 drinks; they don't. We ordered meals plain with cheese and received them witheverything. We ordered a frozen sprite and they didn't have any. Read more
