Our server was Lakyn. She was super sweet and gave us exceptional service! I had the California burrito with a large cactus... margarita (huge and tasted so good!) , hubby had Texas Fajitas. As a big fan of Mexican cuisine, I am always surprised when a restaurant gets the flavors right. This restaurant blew me away... from the salsa to the main course! I purchased the Boom-Boom Shrimp Tacos, and the cantina sampler. Both were absolutelydelicious. Their wait staff was excellent all the way around. Very quick and courteous service. Got our party of 10 in andeating in no time. Couple that with an attractive drink menu this place check marks all the boxes. Definitely worth coming backagain and again. I had the Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos and I loved them! I was impressed with the food. However, we struggled a bit trying to order... Togo because it wasn?t listed that they stop taking Togo orders at 8:30. Then they forgot to include a couple of the sides withour order. I understand, things happen. Whenever I come to Gulf Shores, I always come here. Today I got the California Burrito, which was absolutely incredible! This... particular dish comes with the sides inside of the burrito, which I didn't know when I ordered, but I actually really liked it.The cheese dip and the salsa were the best I've ever had. Smooth sangria and twisted margaritas, if you need a break from the standard gorge of gulf seafood then this place will hit the... spot. We started off with the 3 amigos cheese dip. When we mentioned shrimp on the side the waiter immediately asked if therewas an allergy in the group. Simple question that often a gets skipped over these days. When we told him yes he was quick toreassure us his food would be cooked separately. Our meals we went with carne asada and boom boom shrimp tacos. Both were agreat getaway in flavor from your seafood indulgence with a Mexican flare. Great service, excellent drinks and that quick biteof different flavor. Great little place to visit.
