Staff isn't always friendly and lobby has been closed last few times I been for lunch even thought it says lobby open
Went in side said drive thru only went to drive thru and lady said one minute. Okay five minutes later I said hello she said... sorry ma?am one minute waited a couple more minutes. I ended up driving off. Ridiculous! There was only one car in line in frontof me. If there was computer issues she should have said something other than one minute. Read more
I?m not trying to be a Karen here but the customer service was terrible in the lobby. The worst I?ve ever recieved, any question... I asked I got the loud reply of a ?yup? after being very kind to this woman. To add on 3 of my meals were missing from a call inorder and this problem was never resolved. I do not recommend eating at this Burger King. It?d be more worth it to just drive toFoley at this point. Read more
