Terrible! Asked for a low-carb burger. 1 thin piece of romaine lettuce. You couldn't even pick up the burger...too saucy with... the mounds of ketchup splattered on it. Sent it back 3 times and the employee couldnt get it correct. Really bad experience! Read more
Many of the Hardee?s stores are no longer in business but the Orange VA restaurant is a real gem. Hardee?s has the best... breakfast biscuits - hands down!! The food is always fresh and hot.Their staff provides fast and friendly service. I absolutelylove this place!! Read more

Usually go to drive thru for breakfast and eat in parking lot because as others review it isn't clean. Went inside for bathroom... after finishing breakfast in car and completely disgusted to not ever want to visit this location again. In ladies bathroomfloors had built up fifth and debris in the corners heavy. Floor had not been cleaned at all that morning because a large deadcockroach crushed by a shoe was squashed...and dried crusted to the floor....probably from.night before if not 2 nights before. I didn't wash my hands and stepped around dead cockroach. On way out I noticed on floor in open dining another largecrushed...dried up cockroach the size of a mouse. Unfortunately will be my last visit because of health standards concerns toentire establishment. The staff are always exceptionally great in getting orders and service on point. Read more
The service was awfull all we wanted was a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. It was like pulling teeth . I stopped by the drive-through around 1045 this morning. I have not been to a Hardees in 20 years, so was a bit slow to order.... The service was exceptional! Patient and ensured I knew exactly what I was ordering. The hashbrowns were 10/10 (better than thebest Ive had at chickfila and mcdonalds), the chicken sandwich was seasoned and cooked well, but the quality of the chickenitself was mediocre. The hashbrowns were so good I have to mention them again. Larger size individually, larger portioncompared to other establishments, and perfectly cooked. Read more
The food was still good, but my only problem was the bathrooms. The women's bathroom looked like it needed a better cleaning... process. I'm not blaming anyone for it, but people looking for a job should consider that you'll have to clean the publicbathrooms as part of the job description and find a way to remember it is an everyday task. We phoned in a large order (20 sandwiches); It still took >20 minutes... The sandwiches were smashed flat, and the bread was... rubbery like they had been microwaved. The fries were soggy. But perhaps all that is my fault for a larger order. The staffwere slow and dismissive of people asking why things were so slow. The restaurant is dirty and cluttered - it needsattention. Overall, not bad enough for a 1-star, but it was lousy. You can do better. Read more
