The shakes are very good but the service is usually pretty bad. More than once have I sat in line for 40 mins + waiting for my... shakes. I?ve also ordered online for pickup to try and avoid the wait and you still sit around for 20 mins + if you go insidebecause there is no line specifically for pick up. Read more
The employees seem to be incompetent. The price of my smoothie varies each trip, even though I order the same exact smoothie... every time. I waited 18 minutes for one smoothie with only one car in front of me and no one inside ordering. This is a frequentoccurrence at the Orange Texas location. Read more

Appreciate having this relatively heathy option in Orange. Staff is always friendly. Outdoor seating area is available.
I'm concerned that they may not be following the actual guidelines of Smoothie King, can't say with 100% certainty, some of the... products I witnessed them using (canned fruit) appeared to be something you'd use if you were making smoothies at home. Extremely rude employees who obviously need more customer service training. Was cursed out and even threatened to be physically... harmed by an employee all because she got upset that her job wasnt done right and i spoke up about it. No time to leave details.Just know that if you have a problem with this employee, you will be cursed out and threatened. Also.. I have tried to get intouch with management and there is no answer. This is one place they could shut down and nobody would be sad!!! Their attitudes are so horrible and they don't care.... if... you're so miserable stay away because you are only driving good paying customer's away!!!
