Golden chick, Golden Chick... When this place opened about a year ago, it was fresh, fast, and had a variety on the menu. A... welcome change in pace. Fast forward a year and this place has become worse and worse visit after visit. At one time, Iregularly dined in and got take out, but that slowed as the year went on. Tonight though, we waited in line for an hour, (not anexaggeration) I regularly asked for light ice.. and watch the cashier scoop 2x large spoons of ice into a 32 ounce cup so Youcan have 4 ounces of drink and 28 ounces of ice. Sure I could go inside, but when you ask the lady at the window. POLITELY andget blatantly ignored, it tends to get old. This has been an ongoing occurrence. Not always the same employee. So.. if you havenothing better to do. And are fan of ice. This is the place for you. However, the Orange location is doing a great job offalling farther and farther from top. Read more
3 times we went and order was wrong. Once no potatoes and gravy with wrong size of fried okra, second time forgot the fries,... this last time didn't receive fries and chicken sandwich I called and was told it was in bag but wasn't and they admitted notputting fries in bag then i was hung up on. Chicken is good but service is bad not Worth the trouble or the money. I will takemy business elsewhere. Read more

Had the chicken sandwich for the first time 5/3/2022 great taste, seasonal perfectly. Went back 5/4/2022 got chicken strips,... very food. 5/13/2022 got the 6 wings with okra. Flavor was great. Chicken was seasoned good and the food was fresh. Read more
The chicken was old and dried out like it has been there all day. I can not rate any lower than this or I would. I'll never go... to this restaurant again. I went through drive through if it wasn't 20 miles away I would have brought it back. The Okra washard as a rock the food was just nasty I can not say enough bad about this place. i was waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru and THEN they told me they only had mountain dew and root beer. 15 minutes later,... NO drinks at all. haven?t told me sorry for the wait or anything. i?ve been here for 45 minutes and still don?t have my food. ifi would?ve known i wouldn?t of gotten my food fast i wouldn?t went somewhere else. fast food? yeah no not here.
