Worst bbq in Orange. For starters, I ordered the 2 meat plate containing brisket and turkey. Got 3 small slices of burnt and... hard brisket along with one end piece of turkey. My parents both order the sliced beef brisket sandwich, the meat was alsoburnt and hard and cost $12.99ea. The entire experience was very disappointing. JB's, The Hut and Fat Boys bbq is so muchbetter. Read more
Nobody behind the counter to take order. The cashier from the attached gas station had to find the person. Bisket was... ok. Sides were sorry. The cookie they gave me for dessert had been in a freezer so long it was soggy from water condensationor perhaps it was dropped in the sink. No not recomend. Read more
Not the best experience we've ever had but overall things were still pretty good. The highlight is usually the food but today it... was the friendliness of the woman working. She was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, almost all of the food we gotseemed rather old. Almost none of it was fresh like it usually is. It's a smaller location that may not go through product asquickly so it may have been sitting around for a while. Still solid but just not as good as we're used to. Read more
I ordered food for two people from this Dickey's in Orange on line. I drove to this store to pick up food at scheduled time 3:45... and when I got there no one was there. I was told by nice woman working on the Convenience store side the the woman had left andshould have already been back. I used my time my gas and the money for the Phantom food has already been taken out of my accountand this is unacceptable and I need reimbursed today. Awesome foods, yes it is in a gas station. But food was awesome, food was cooked correctly, awesome staff, very friendly. Tables... against windows are all broken and wobbly, and drink machine barely works... but the food and staff are worth going 100% - thebrisket Mac stack was almost a full meal in itself, will definitely be getting that again! I?ve been to other Dickey?s and always enjoy my experience, but this is the worst in the area. There were only a couple of... people ahead of us in line, but it took a while because there was only one person working. She alone would take the orders, ringit up, and prepare the food. I took my son and was disappointed to find out that they don?t serve the chicken nuggets that heloves at this location. I went ahead and ordered a turkey plate and was told the turkey wasn?t ready. This was at 1:30 in theafternoon. I finally settled on chicken and when it arrived, it was a mistake. The slices were very thin and dry. They alsocould not get my gift card to work. I called and verified the balance before arriving and after, but was still told that?sometimes their machine just doesn?t work? and that they couldn?t manually type the number in. Overall I was extremelydisappointed, I would not visit again. Read more
