They got the order wrong but everyone was extremely nice and replaced my order with the correct one. Had to add to the review.... Just visited the location again today. I made a mobile order and added to the notes to please add cheese. As I walked into therestaurant one of the employees read the request loudly and said that they will not add cheese. I went to the pickup area andwaited for a few minutes and finally one of the cashiers walked over and said that it was a charge for the cheese and I said noproblem and paid for it. She turned around and said that omg she is going to be mad. I'm assuming that she was speaking aboutthe same person who made the loud remark about not adding cheese to my order. She gave my box back to the person to add cheeseto it and I'll upload a picture with the results. Read more
FIRST EVER Chick-fil-A EXPERIENCE! WOW. I just relocated here from Canada and had never tried Chick-fil-A. I am so glad that... I was able to experience it here! We ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with their feature Peach Milkshake and it was AMAZING! The food was hot, fresh, exactly as we ordered it. The staff went above and beyond to serve us and love on us. Shout out toScott and the team for making my first visit a dream visit! We will be back again! Read more

I?ve spend ALOT of money at this location, but that stops! I went there for a remake from my last visit (food was barely warm... with stale fries) was pulled up, waited 10 minutes in hopes that everything would be fresh and once again, all of my fries wereBARELY warm and and ice cream for the kids meals were not in my bag (my order was pretty big). Called store to explain whathappened, they apologized but operator gets upset and impatient because they replaced my order before and said they refuse to doit again (as if it?s MY FAULT). Went back to get missing items and the OPERATOR was completely rude and disrespectful, notapologetic for my service at all!! He literally had all eyes on drive thru. Tells me I should?ve checked my bag before I leftthe store, but crew member walked the bags out, recalled my order to me and assured everything was in there, so yes I wasconfident that it was. After giving this location several chances with this type of service, I will definitely take my businesselsewhere, where my dollar is appreciated and quality of food meets the amount I?m paying. I understand restaurants have abusiness to run, but customers spend their hard earned money to receive the bare minimum. Fast food is expensive and workingbehind those walls, they forget how important it is to give quality food, their main goal is getting orders out. The quality isno longer a factor to some, their concern is getting orders out as quick as possible while raising a good conversation amongstone another. And I?m super friendly to all employees, so I?m the last person you?ll have to catch an attitude with. There?s away to handle this type of issue and his way was not the right way! Read more
