Did not receive the large or small fry. Burgers were old. One of the burgers did not have cheese or extra onion that I was... charged .10 cents for and when I went back in the MANAGER tried to tell me I didn?t order cheese. When he finally looked at theticket he took the burger back from my hand that I had touched to show no cheese and slapped cheese on it and threw it in themicrowave!! This is the most disgusting experience I?ve ever had. When I asked for sauce they also gave me a busted one. Alsothere wasn?t a car in the drive the drive thru because they pulled everyone up. Placed an online order, when I got there they didn?t even have it in the system. I was asked to pull around to the front. Mind... you I was the only person there at that time. Pulled around right at the front door and parked sat there for 30 minutes whiletwo other vehicles came and left with their food. I went inside and the young girl came up and asked if I needed help, I toldher I?d been waiting on my online order and was curious as to what was taking so long she said she was waiting on the fries. Shehanded me my food and went to walk away I told her I had drinks with the order too and she had to make those. Checked my foodfries were partially filled and one of the burgers was wrong. No cheese and missing a patty. I just asked for them to put somecheese on the burger cause I wasn?t about to wait on them to grill another patty. I?m sorry but if you are going to offer onlineordering and that person shows up before the people actually placing the orders there at the location, they should not have towait 30+ freaking minutes for food. That was absolutely ridiculous. I?m positive if I didn?t go inside I would probably still bewaiting outside for my food. I ordered 3 burgers and 3 medium fries and 3 medium drinks. Read more

Hands down the worst experience!! Simply ordered two double whopper combos.. waited 40 mins.. then an employee comes out to see... if I had an order.. I showed my receipt. The manager then argues with the employee telling him I had something else when helooked at my ticket.. he then comes back to the car to confirm my order.. wait another 10 mins then the food I received wasn?teven what I had waited an hour for!!!! They were single patties and both made incorrectly. Went back through the drive thru andthe manager got mad due to them shutting down for the night.. decided to remake my burgers but kept they my fries?waited 10 minsand the burgers were still wrong!!!! Horrible customer service?? through drive thru. Asked a question 3 times if I can change a sandwich to another 1 and instead of... answering it they already asking what size I want it all 3 times. Received our food bread and burger ???? patty was burnt theydidn?t give us our complete meal. The female manager was rude when we went back to ask for our missing items. Only gave us 3napkin for 4 burger meals. They literally didn?t have any customers to get horrible food/ service like this. Read more
Restaurant is brand new so it's definitely clean. Went through the drive through where all the employees were quick and polite.... My order was fresh and correct. So happy to have another option in this part of town. Also, it's open 24 hours a day so it'sthere if you're hungry at 3 am. Read more
