After waiting more than 20 minutes they only delivered 1 out of 2 orders. Had to leave for work.
I usually come here before work and normally they?re great. The employees are SO nice and make my morning good. And I get the... right orders. However the last two times my orders been messed up and I wouldn?t normally say something but it was like half myorder:/ I ordered just a plain bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. I get the bagel and nothing else. No CC or even a knife. I?mnot going back through the long line for CC (bc it?s so busy), so i just have plain bread for breakfast. The CC is half myorder?. And they keep the CC by the cashier which is separate from where they make the bagels. I feel like if you?re going tokeep making this mistake you should move that stuff to the place where the bagels are made so it?s actually remembered. It?skinda annoying to not get 1/2 of the order. Nice but busy location! Parking lot?s a bit nuts so be mindful when walking up or driving through. I bring my two kids (1.5... years and 4 years) and eat in sometimes. It has a great atmosphere to get them out of the house to a friendly environment forbreakfast for a little. Read more
I?m not usually the type to post reviews but this store really knocked my socks off! Jonathan was such a breath of fresh air. He... was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the speaker. He was very helpful to my husband and I withsuggestions about the menu. I have to say the line moved very quickly and when I pulled up to the window Jonathan had suchpositive vibes it definitely put a spin on our day. I don?t know who does the training here they need a pat on the back. Veryorganized and well run. Needless to say we?ll definitely be back! Read more
I waited in line for 25 min. I get it- they are busy. However I was immediately disappointed as the lady came on the intercom... for us to order and was very crabby. Not pleasant as usual. Most workers are overwhelmed with joy. Today let me down. We went tothe window and again was almost angry- huffing and puffing. Tried to get several gift cards for the holiday. The cashier was beyond rude and short with me when I asked if they had other... gift cards available. Its just a question. If you don't like your job , please refrain from taking it out on the customer. Iwould rather go to another location to receive better service. Read more
This was the best Starbucks I?ve been to Of all their stores that I?ve frequented. So much that I had to write a review! The... employees were so friendly. When I spilled my coffee half the store came to clean it up quickly and I had a new drink in notime. Read more
