What a huge disappointment! How can it be that a restaurant located in a city like Orange could employee such incompetent staff?... I paid almost $40 for a meal for my family and fortunately I opened the box before I left the store because the careless womanthat took my order just randomly decided to give me cole-slaw instead of french fries and the wrong chicken tenders. Then as sheis correcting my order by throwing some Nashville Hot sauce on the tenders like she's mad at it (and me!) the food was sub-par.I want my money back and I assure you I will never step foot in that KFC again. I?m back again, and it?s the same woman who took forever the last time!? I cannot believe the wait? the woman in front of me... left, she was waiting so long? why don?t they have the food cooked and ready to drop in the bag? it?s insanity the wait?I go toanother KFC a couple towns over and they are so fast? this place is such a nightmare?. Last time I was here? Love KFC but thewait is awful. This was Saturday, 8/13. I tried going inside versus the drive through? signs on both doors say ?dining roomopen?? so I got out of line to go inside? only to have to get back in drive thru drive through again, because the doors wereLOCKED? and I ended up being further back in the line!? the wait was easily 30 minutes. Then when we do get up to the window weorder 8 tenders, just the tenders, $22.00? I said that can?t be right? she said that?s what the register says? I said yesterdaywe ordered 6 tenders and it was $10.00? you mean it?s $12.00 more for 2 tenders? she insisted that?s what it was? so I said finegive me 6 tenders for $10.00. She made the guy she was working with take out two of the tenders out of the box. This placereally needs to hire a good manger? Friday the service was good but that was the exception? but even before then the service wasoften awful? I?d go in there at dinner time and they?d be out of chicken. Our order was placed on the KFC app. Paid for and then when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our dinner, I was told they... had no chicken and there's no refund or credit available from them to call the app! Their app has no place to cancel or get arefund. I pulled up to the drive up and again asked for a way to be refunded if they had nothing. The response was an attitudethat was so unfriendly I was shocked. I went on the website and notified the corporate office of my experience, saying they ranout of food and refused to take action to refund my payment. I received an email back which clearly indicates that they didn'ttake the time to actually read my complaint. I have contacted my credit card company to get the refund that way. Avoid thisplace at any cost. They are awful and should be closed! Read more
While it's a nice Kentucky Fried Chicken easy to get to plenty of parking.... The staff is very friendly.... But don't forget to... check your bag, And make sure everything is in it.... Or else you might be disappointed when you get home.... But don't worrydon't make it up to you..... Read more
The items are good like bucket ,5dollar fillup and wings .Among them wings are so yummy and tasty they have different levels of... spiciness in wings you need to choose among them .
